You should go visit Traver Gallery... you'll see some of the best glass artists in the world there.w_parietti22 said:wow thats very cool... sadly I've never heard of that gallery and I live in Seattle and my Moms an artist.
edit- I like you setup with the PB instead of the sony! why did you keep the 850Mhz Sony and get rid of the 2.2ghz Sony??? doesnt make sence to me.
Also, are the 2 sony PCs and the Mac Mini connected to that nice Dell LCD or is the Mac Mini connected to the 15"?
seems nice, and very expensive, i would definitely knock that over in about 2 weeks or so...i'm a cluts (sp)clayj said:Not quite... it's art.

I kept the 850 MHz Sony notebook for a very good reason... it, too, is now a work of art. And yeah, the Sony PCs are connected to BOTH monitors (23" + 15"), but the Mac mini is connected to only the 23" (Mac mini = no dual monitor capability). All three machines share the same keyboard and mouse.

Yes you are right. There are two versions, one with the blue illuminating strip down the middle, another with an orange strip. Yes unfortunately it is only wired, no wireless option. It's a good stylish mouse, lovely and smooth to use. MS PressPass. Product pageDeSnousa said:I believe its the Microsoft Stark and i there is no wireless version.

Yeah, the one for the Mac isn't the same as the one I have for Windows... but I know how to make it work for the next time I shoot a photo.DeSnousa said:Nice setup clayj, btw ii think you need to find a matrix screensaver![]()

Nice. Again, improvement! Just a quicky, where did you get the screensaver from for your PB? Thanks.clayj said:EDIT: OK, I've updated the image so that the Matrix screensaver is now also running on the PowerBook. It is the IDENTICAL screensaver to what's running on the other monitors.![]()
Heh heh. Actually, it's running in Windows... on my PowerBook.Gil_Grissom said:Nice. Again, improvement! Just a quicky, where did you get the screensaver from for your PB? Thanks.![]()
I think I might have paid more like $800. But it's worth it, and it's hardly the most valuable thing in the room.w_parietti22 said:Arent those chairs like $500-$600!!!????
Nope, just a file cabinet (same line as all the rest of the furniture... Herman Miller Beirise line).w_parietti22 said:is that big black box a file cabnet thing or is some big server full of Xserves???
Probably a parting gift from M$...w_parietti22 said:Arent those chairs like $500-$600!!!????
LOL. Actually, this is a much nicer chair than the ones they have at MSFT... but it was paid for with Microsoft stock option money.ham_man said:Probably a parting gift from M$...![]()

Here you go!Raven VII said:I'm on a casual quest for a nice chair (I have a pretty nice one, but being cheap, it flattened on me pretty fast). Clayj, mind giving us a frontal of that chair, without all the labelling? That'd be awesome.
