Wow come to think of it , the image quality is so bad that it Does look like tiger. I am seeing something slightly different though. In that picture I have the Video in feature turned on with "show through". The window on top of of the video player turns transparent so you can see through to watch whatever is connected to video in.
Anyway with that turned on, it looked like I had a big transparent dashboard window on top of the web browser.
The browser I am using is called iCab, it is relatively light weight, and works well on an old 68k system.

Wow some of you people have like 2-3 LCD monitors, ouch that must have been expensive! I'll post pictures of my Mac Clone, Quadra, and OS 8.2 beta machine when I get home. I lenjoy seeing all these cool different and unique setups, especially the old Macs
