I hope to get rid of my A670. As for my A840 on Sprint, it'll have to stay.

I'd like to get T-Mobile; I'm thinking about either the PEBL or Samsung t629. What do you think?

I am sersiouly considering the t629!
I want to see more reviews! I have only seen about 3! I want more pictures too!

My phone.

I find cellphones useless and annoying as hell.

In the ugly contest, the RAZR takes the cake.

Hell, even the name sounds retarded.

I'm worried because just about every Samsung phone I've had included cirus-inspired ringtones, and occasioinally, the Sprint ones would have a UI modeled after Lucky Charms. But I love the design of the 629; moreso than the 809, which was the phone it replaced (even though it basically has all the same features). The PEBL has a better design, but not a whole lot to offer inside.

Here's my POS Verizon phone...

I'm eligible for a new phone (new-every-two). Any suggestions on what to get? I'm looking the the LG Chocolate.

verizon released the KRZR this morning

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll have to go to the Verizon store and check it out. I like how the phone isn't wide like the razr, but I'm not fond of the nub thing at the bottom of the phone. Also the $200 price with my discount. Is it really worth that much. The chocolate is also nice and is $150.

people that have the chocolate dont like it nearl as much as they would like to.......at least in my experience. i have the samsung a-930, i dont love it, but whatever

The chin is a little smaller.

Since Verizon doesn't have that many cool phones, I would get the KRZR. I haven't seen it in person but if it's not a wide as the RAZR, then I'd get it. Plus it's a much more revised design. Plus you'll be the first kid on the block with one.

If you don't want to pay for a KRZR, I would get either the LG VX5300 or the Nokia 6215i, as those look the best to me. I don't like the looks of the V3m (grey on black? huh?).

I'm looking at the LG VX8300. My boyfriend has the 8100 and likes it a lot. The 8300 is just an updated version. It's grey instead of teal, it comes with the new flash themes, you can change the red Verizon bars, etc. The only bad things I've heard about it is that the screen is lesser quality than the 8100 and you can no longer read text messages on the front screen. But it looks like a solid phone. I'm switching to Verizon in a few months and that's probably what I'll be getting.

And I believe the KRZR is narrower than the RAZR.

When my mom upgraded phones a few months back she chose the VX8300. It does seem to be a nice phone. The Chocolate, KRZR, and VX 8300 are my top picks. Also, how do unlocked phones work? Would that increase my selection, and if so where should I look to find Verizon compatible phones?

It's hard to find unlocked CDMA phones (the technology Verizon uses.) If you can find one you like, then get it, but be very sure that it's not unlocked GSM as that's completely different technology and has many more unlocked phones.
