Wow thats really good! how do you get the people in the background to look burred?

Yeah I've been wondering how to achieve that for a while... how?

There are a couple of ways to do this, my favorite is take the picture duplicate the image, and blur the background then slowly erase what you want blurred.

I like it because it gives me the most control over what i am doing, though it takes longer.

ok... here's what I made a while ago and modified them recently. some new parody.

the CNN one is actually our school. Made that to complain about our "rescheduled" science test. They changed the date 2 days before... how nice. anyway I got 81% for that

PS. The "School Explosion" in black/yellow bg should say "BREAKING NEWS" in bold. they've just changed it recently on the real CNN.

You have me a little perplexed...because that is a statement rather than a question.

Yes, the pentool is difficult to master...but there are some amazing things you can do with it once you understand it's properties.
