I don't have full desk/monitor shot unfortunately. Monitor was a Samsung PX2370 LED. I sold off my last beastly PC rig for the iMac in my sig. Honestly, I miss the PC rig a lot.. but ONLY for gaming. Everything else however, the iMac is winner.

And this rig here was the last water cooled rig I built, I def. miss this one, was very, very quiet.

Far away from Earth.
These pics are from many weeks back; but you get the idea...

Alienware Aurora
i7 930 @ 3.6Ghz
AMD 5870 @ 1400/1000
12GB 1333 RAM @ 1600
60GB Agility 2 SSD Boot Drive
300GB 10K RPM Velociraptor Games Drive
128GB SSD Scratch Drive
2TB WD Green Media Drive
DVD/RW
Blu-Ray Reader (second drive)
21-in-one Media Card Reader
Corsair H50 Cooler
Corsair Airflow Cooler

24" 1920x1200 Dell Monitor
Alienware TactX KB + Mouse
Steelseries SX Mousepad
Razer Armadillo Cord Holder
Plantronics 777 Headset

That's a pretty disappointing letdown. That's not the Alienware I once remembered. They would have had all black interior and incredible cable management. Not fruity cables. However... what sort of temperatures does the Alienware produce? CPU, Ambient etc...
Something like...
alx_cc-3.jpg

Your Alienware case looks not too shabby from the outside... but terribly dated 90's from the inside. Looks like it's made out of steel?

I always thought Alienware would have matched this type of quality.

I completely switched to OSX recently so I got rid of my Windows 7 laptop and desktop. Therefore, technically this is my Windows setup now:

There it is running Windows 98 and Office 97 in all of its glory. I use it for playing GTA IV, Crysis and other games that won't run on my iMac or Macbook.

^^How do you like the car? :D

It's not my own car, actually, (I'm 16 :D) nor is it my dads, but a friend of his asked me to create an update disk for his Audi A6 (navi, phone etc.) so that's why it's there. :p

It's a great car, though, and the quattro (4WD) even lets you drive through 10+ cm of snow (I've experienced it last year, with that same Audi A6)!

Yeah, Quattro is great like that. I drove the A8 a couple years ago on some twisting back roads, and it gave a sense of security that I just haven't found in any other car.

I have an HP 18XT laptop hooked up to my bedroom audio/video setup:

For my main setup, I have an older Gateway computer (it is under my desk, so no pics) and I recently updated my MBP with Windows and VMWare4:

Via Thunderbolt, I also use Windows with my iMac as the monitor:

Really crappy iPhone photo, this is my old windows system now used as a Vm Server. It runs Pfsence and Untangled at the moment and also is used as a NAS.

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
Asus Crosshair IV Formula AMD 890FX (Socket AM3/AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard
16 GB Ram
ATI HD 6800 ( Used to be a gaming rig )
NZXT Phantom Enthusiast Full Tower Case ( Going to change this one day )
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive ( Boot Drive )
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit
OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w
4 * Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB

Maybe a bit OTT to be used as a Router and NAS but when i converted to mac i didn't want to sell it.

This isn't the best setup in the world but here goes;

Two windows laptops (Samsung)
Samsung 24"
iPhone 3GS (16GB)
iPad 1 (16GB)
iPod Touch (64GB)
Apple wireless keyboard
Apple wireless mouse
Apple earphones

Will be replacing the 24" with a Apple 27" Thunderbolt Display is around 5 months time and will be replacing the two Windows laptops with a Macbook Pro next year.

Oh and if I have a Mac and Windows laptop in the same setup, is it classed as a Mac or Windows setup?

Thanks, comments are welcome :)

That is so tidy! Looks awesome. How long did it take you to get it like that?!
