When asked about the incident, the log flume had this to say:
"Everyone thinks the ocean is the tough guy around here — knocking people down with waves 24/7. Let me tell you, I don't mess around either."

The connection to place, to the land, the wind, the sun, stars, the moon...
it sounds romantic, but it's true - the visceral experience of motion,
of moving through time on some amazing machine - a few cars touch on it, but not too many...

That was fine. It made me want to learn more about Automator and Services.

The only issue with your video is that the captions are too big and take over most of the screen. I would either make the captions smaller or shorten them.

Shot a few clips with the hyperlapse app over the weekend.

Nice work. Try 60 fps with the next one; I think time-lapse videos benefit from the higher frame-rate.

That's odd. It looks fine on my mac. May be you'll have to manually change the size of the caption from options.

Some Time-Lapses I've made

Here's a couple of Panoramic Time-lapses I created

Ps. How do you embed video in the forum, rather than just links

Hoped you liked :)

Wagga Wagga Shooting Trip

This is a video of a recent shooting trip on a farm in Wagga Wagga (NSW, Australia). We drove for 3.5 hours to get there and stayed overnight. The video was shot on a dash-cam at 30 fps and a Fuji X100S at 59.94 fps. Editing was done on a quad core Mac Mini running Final Cut Pro X 10.1.4. The song in the video is 'Country Down' from the album Morning Phase by Beck.

Made this a little over a year ago. Sorry for not being a speed-talker, like many other YouTubers.. It's a mod I did on one of my Commodore 64's, that enables you to switch between two sound chips, without having to switch the machine off (the two SIDs often don't sound the same). I thought it up myself, so I'm a little proud of it. I have since the video, mounted the switch on the back of the machine (see picture below video). And despite what is written in some of the video comments, it's all working great. I have also added heat sinks to the hottest chips, including the SIDs.

Witcher 3: Ghosts of the Past is a quest that's only available if you allowed the final boss in Witcher 2 to live. It brings back an old nemesis.

This is a video I put together from our month in Europe vacation this past summer.

Yeah, it's long, but I think it's a decent demonstration of what just about anyone can do with iPhoto/iTunes/iMovie.

My first proof-of-concept time lapse video I took using my Raspberry Pi at a Conference I went to this summer. It's not perfect, but it's cool, and gave me some experience to make my future time lapses better. :)
