Just thought I'd add my experiences so far to this discussion. I ordered two white 32GBs from the Premier site on 6/12. Since then,
www.wireless.att.com/business/order_status has said "We have received your order request, and we expect to begin processing it shortly." I have never been able to check my status with
www.wireless.att.com/order_status/, and this concerned me, so this morning I gave Premier a call.
I spoke to a rep with a Canadian accent and she was very nice. She asked for personal information to verify the account (last 4 of social/address), but when I gave her the account holders information she told me it was incorrect. Now, personally I am being added as a line to this person's account, so on a whim I gave her MY information. Sure enough, she then said the account was validated and put me back on hold to check the status. WTH?
When she came back she said there was no problem with the order, it was at the warehouse waiting to be shipped, and would ship out today or tomorrow. I asked her if she knew why I have never been able to check my status at the main AT&T site, and she had no clue what I was talking about. Since the call, I still can't check status on the consumer AT&T site, and the Premier site says the same thing it has said all along.
Guess I just need to be patient...
