This is why sites like Newegg have such happy customers. They keep them informed! This is pretty important when ordering online. Premier reps don't know their ass from their elbows it seems (I'm sure they're doing the best they can, as they're not being informed from the top down) and their order tracking site is worthless at best.
If we had been informed from the get-go of this situation, I think it's safe to say we would have upgraded to next-day shipping. I know this whole fiasco is complex and all, but this is the 3rd iPhone now...they should be ****ing champions at this process by now.
