I ordered the 10th. 3GS 16gb Black
ATT says backordered
ATT Premier says "processing soon"
ATT rep said my order will ship the 18th via FedEx
ATT rep on http://www.facebook.com/ATT: "All orders placed via business channels on or before June 12th will begin to arrive as early as the 19th. Orders placed after the 12th will arrive 7-14 days after the order was placed."

Are you able to pull your order on the ATT Wireless Normal Site? And if so, what does it say?

If you look at mine...on the first post, the order date changed.

I got the exact same things you did from the rep. Ordered the 10th via Premier, 3G S 32 GB Black.

I'm hoping the facebook page is correct

Status: In Progress | Ordered: 1 | Shipped: 0 | Backordered: 1
No ship date, carrier or tracking #. No changes at all since I first checked a couple days after ordering.

I would bet money this changes tomorrow. Hopefully I got in early enough (10th) to get a 19th ship date. From what I have heard so far, all of the people getting tracking numbers so early are phones getting shipped from China and are being held by UPS anyway. It takes longer to ship from China than within the U.S. so they got sent out earlier.

If you're a Premier customer who ordered through Apple or ATT then you might also have a tracking number. If you ordered through ATT Premier, it appears as though we are getting the shaft, but I would bet that in fact our phones are already in the U.S. (hence no tracking info yet) and/or ATT Premier sucks ass at updating their web site. After all, they are separate from ATT (from the horse's mouth).

I'm banking on the 19th. We shall find out tomorrow (hopefully). :rolleyes:
 
I thought it was a first come first serve basis, so it wouldn't really matter if you did it by premier. Would it? And also I thought if you order it today, I can't remember the cut-off time, you'll get it by the release date, Friday. i guess nobody really knows
 
My premier looks like this, the only change has been to the "order status" field. On 06-15 it went from "on hold" to the current "activated".

This is the first I have seen that a Premier site order has shown anything besides the canned message "We have received your order request, and we expect to begin processing it shortly." Mine still shows this.

You ordered on the 9th, which is among the first orders in the queue. There is hope, fellas.
 
Have you checked the ATT Wireless regular site?

Yes I have tried however it won't take my phone number, order number or anything else for that matter! To date though I have never had a problem with Premier, sometimes Fedex never even catches up to them, meaning we have ordered phones (iPhones included) and they are delivered faster than Fedex updates!

I remain confident that the phone will arrive on Friday via Fedex!

Ordered on the the 9th at 3:45pm. I can get the same message as you if I do the normal check order status. This other screen comes from within Premiere under "manage".
 
I just checked my premier order and I still have the processing order screen. At least there appears to be some movement.

The "activated" showed up on 6/15 at 7:37pm, nothing since then! I think they are sitting in a warehouse waiting for Mr. Jobs to set them free!
 
I tried to create a username for me and ended up getting the following error message: Sorry, the wireless number you entered is an IRU (individual responsibility) account
I think people who log in using a username can see more detailed info.

Got back ordered mail, Rep says the phone will be shipped 19

I ordered a 32 Gig black on 10th, yesterday got a mail that its back ordered, called AT&T to cancel order and order a new one at Apple.com, the rep says that the phone will be shipped on 19th and i will get it on tudesay.


But the status in Premier site that they got the order and will process soon. CC not debited.

I ask because I ordered on the premier site on June 10th and the funny thing is, it finally showed up on the main ATT site yesterday with backorder status and a "New" order date.

I would love it if you all shared your updates here! Please stick to Premier Customers only!

how do i see my order status on the main site. when i put my number i get info not found. i try with all numbers on my account. but on premier site i get same message as all others. i called premier and they said order is fine and will ship tomorrow.
 
Unfortunately I am getting the same thing. Something tells me the ATT reps are having fun at our expense telling everyone different stores.

I know I would. :D
 
I ordered on 10th, called at&t tonight was told it would ship tomorrow for delivery friday (paid for overnight vs second day and ordered before the 13th) premier website shows nothing but at&t main site shows order date of 16th and back ordered status.

What shipping options were there (through ATT Premier)? I forgot. I thought all orders were being shipped next day, so why pay extra?
