I never use in-flight entertainment. It just makes a long flight appear even longer, because if you watch a two hour movie for example, you know that at the end of the movie only two hours have passed.
I wonder what multiple disinfectings does to the integrity of the light seal?
Well, to be fair we would have to compare with a business or first class ticket since the article describes a “lay flat” configuration.
Yeah this isn't happening. Beond have 1 cranky old airbus and one on order, only 5 destinations and a low density luxury model. They will be taxed to hell for this soon and the investors will pull out. It's for people who can't afford a Learjet but think they can.
...emergency descend or do dangerous manoeuvre?
It’s adorable that you think BUDGET airlines clean things.
Fixed that for youYou should try some of the more quality experiences. The saying 'you get what you pay for' exists for a reason.
The better airlines do indeed clean with disinfectants especially on overseas flights. Even been to New Zealand? By law they even disinfect the passengers (or at least the cabins with passengers sitting there) with foggers before they are allowed to deplane.
That is a brilliant way for an airline to attract attention and possibly passengers.

I think he means the little "wipe down" they run around and do..No need for a qualification. If you think any commercial aircraft is really cleaned between flights? Wow.

And don't think about the glasses at the high end hotel that have been wiped with the same cloth that they wiped the toilet with either.

Which does just about nothing at all
Uh huh. Keep on thinking that if it makes you feel better.

I keep telling you guys, you need to upgrade your experiences. But okay if thats what you settle for, that's on you.

I do agree with those that say the technical challenges of fitting an APV might make distribution of them to passengers difficult, but not impossible. Perhaps you don't have experience getting ready for a high end cruise. They send out questionnaires to find out your tastes before you embark.
"Have fun staying poor" ... or something like that, right?
All 'high end' gets you is that things are more likely to look clean, they're no more likely to actually be clean.
Nope. Not what I said so please don't put words in my mouth. There are plenty of folks that are not poor but frugal. But it's disingenuous to keep representing the budget experience as the only experience. There has been a lot of ridicule in this forum about people experiencing quality experiences. That's silly.
The topic is an airline has announced they are going to distribute AVP's to their high end customers. Somehow rather than comment on how that might expand one's experience or not, or even how that might work, its become "the airline sucks" and "no airline disinfects." Maybe one of those is true, not both. And does it matter to the topic?
It goes on your FACE. The issue is whether you trust ANY commercial airline to CLEAN the part that touches your FACE. Given the FACT that airlines do NOT really CLEAN their aircraft between flights this is a RELEVANT point.
It’s adorable that you think airlines clean things.
Why is the person in the windows seat wearing a welders screen?
