As far as I know, everything is updated and should work. If not, is there a way to update to 10.14.6 without having the newer GPU installed?
Read the first post of the stickie:

No, you need a ’metal’ gpu.
What exactly is the issue?
So I put in a GTX 680 today and was able to upgrade to 10.14.6

Now the problem it just getting my RX 580 to work. It powers on and the fans spin but I get no signal to my monitor. I’ve tried every port on the card and multiple different cables.

Sounds like an issue with the RX580.
Is it a Sapphire Pulse or different, do you have the correct power cable.
It works in Sierra/High Sierra/Mojave just by plugging in.......!

Yeah it’s the sapphire pulse with the correct cable and that’s what I thought too. I bought it brand new and unboxed it myself. You think it could just be a bad card?

Yes, install your 580 and restart with the key combination.
Ok so I actually was just doing it before you replied and this is the fist time I’m seeing anything with the 580 but don’t know what it is.

Do you have multiple versions of MacOS on different drives?
The nvram reset will default to your original os drive, if it is earlier than Sierra it will not be recognised.

No, the only drive in the computer right now is the running Mojave.
