Yeah, where are those guys? I'm terrible at noticing what (or in this case who) isn't there, but now you mention it.
Pitch is busy with life, not sure about the other two though.

I‘m so glad I don‘t care for Nike Sport Bands, like, at all. Looks like an expensive part of this addiction, with all the unreleased stuff.

I was supposed to stop buying all these blues and just be happy that Laser and Glow and Lagoon were close enough. But Chlorine really might be it!

That is looking likely. Is that the same accent blue as Flat Silver?

You’d be surprised.
That's pretty much what I was going to say.

Yeah that’s my flat silver. But to make the blue look accurate you have to color up the gray. These Nike blues are so rich, full Saturation edits don’t even do them justice. Chlorine does sound a little weird but is a sub rosa synergy with the waterproofing of the s2

Just curious, what makes the bands so rare? Were they all limited editions or rare because they are just so hard to find now? Why certain bands and not others?
Some are limited editions, for example the 2017 Pride band was only sold for the month of June, as was the 2018 if memory serves. But the 2019 and 2020 bands are still being sold. Some bands were employee-only gifts (see: Close Your Rings bands, 2016 Pride). Others only came with certain Watch models (an extra Sport Band was included with all Titaniums, Ceramics, Gold Editions, and Hermes models, as well as the Nike Lab Band). Most are just standard retail bands that sold out quick (Ultra Violet) or are just highly sought after due to color or style (Rose Red) or didn't sell well at the time (Gen 1 Product RED Sport Loop).

So when they sell out Apple doesn't restock? Also when new season bands come out what do they do with the older seasons, do they still sell or discontinue and remove from store? Thanks

Sometimes Apple restocks when they sell out - that has been going on very recently with the Plum Sport Band and Solo Loop. Other times when they are gone they are gone - I think that happened with Dragonfruit Sport Bands for example.

Apple doesn't always discontinue bands when a new season arrives, but if they do it gets a bit less clear what happens. For example Grapefruit is discontinued but still available in Europe and US Apple store online. Coastal Gray is no longer available however. I've also seen odd discontinued colours available in the Accessories section of Apple's website in some countries. I believe Apple Stores take their discontinued stock off display and until they are returned to Apple (which I assume happens) they will sell them if a customer asks if they have a particular colour.

Resellers continue to sell through discontinued colours until their stock runs out of course, and there are some discontinued colours available new in box on eBay that somehow find their way to sellers there. Someone on here once found some cases of discontinued bands in a warehouse, and I'm sure that happens fairly often. Lastly Apple holds some discontinued colours as service replacement parts rather than sales items.

And last August, for the first time, out of nowhere Apple restocked every series 5 band out of nowhere...hoping that’s the new normal. Previously as non-evergreen bands approached their EOL in season they would get a “limited time” tag in Store.app

This was probably re-claimed stock from retail locations due to almost every store on earth closed due to COVID.
