found it interesting that apple made an easter egg tribute to this band with the raspberry modern buckle with gold ss.
Nice! Do they have the printing on? If so, is it a ‘third’ colour?
No printing and the Olive Grey is pretty defective and leaky in the perfs. Though I’d imagine the third colors wouldn’t have been any different in this era based on retail Flat Silver and PP. I’ve been going crazy with the third colors over on the Concepts, thread, though. Take a gander.
Pretty sure the ones we’ve seen with printing on them only have it because they were so close to mass production but just didn’t make it in the end. Same reason a lot of us have those 3, while protobands over here has the only one of this colorway we’ve ever seen.
I agree. Someone tell the 42mm mystery owner who has the bands with the vibrant warm colors in addition to the few I have now.
Two things;
- The moderators don’t take kindly to selling/promoting outside the marketplace.
- $200 for Ultra Violet, even sealed, is ridiculously high. Your $120 was much more reasonable.

Deep ocean is rather nice! Is that one of the ones without the markings?
If I get a chance later I'll recreate that with "Squadron Blue / Laser Blue" so see how the main blues compare
Do you have any more yellows to compare it with? It has a hint of OG Yellow's custard tones in there, but Pollen is tending to the pastel and I'd be keen to see how it sits beside a more strident Canary or Ginger, as well as the OG Yel.
I have yet to really get in them as they are harder to come by on the market these days. I see a few but not nearly the numbers of the sport band
I actually ended up getting one for free, so it worked out in the end. I think @EmmaLouWho found one for $100 if you’re 38/40.

Haha really sorry, I woke up tired, had to log into my zoom class, then my power went out, so my head is all over the place.
Recreated with what I have been calling Sqaudron Blue / Laser Blue, but it could be the same base as your Deep Ocean I think
