Cheers mate, i'll stick around to see if it's a quick fix.

Rough fix applied to all downloads.
Night time has been defined as 6pm-6am - between these times the night time version of fog, cloudy and mist should be forced.

The bug isn't within my theme, it's due to a lack of icons in this icon pack I'm afraid! (And detail from Yahoo weather, but that's another matter)

It works, it's kinda' temporary, but it works.

But there is Night time fog,cloudy and mist images in the icon set.

Indeed, which is what I've forced the theme to use between those times.

If you would take a look at this list of Yahoo codes (which are returned) you will see that there's only a selection of night-time ones. For the rest, I'm having to work out whether or not to show day/night. Very strange that Yahoo doesn't have a night/day for every condition...

Hey Andy,

Any way you can fix the line up on the weather icon? You can check out below and look at the hour clock window and see at the bottom of "13" it's not lined up. It's weird.

The only way I've fixed it myself is to shift the #weathericon to left 68 from 70. However, it looks weird to the left a bit but it lines up perfectly. To counter that, I've adjusted the weather icon size to 140px. It's still off center but it looks good. Maybe you can fix it to be center 100%?

I'm not sure what you mean? The weather icon doesn't need to line up as it's completely transparent behind it. I've aligned it to be exactly in the center.

If you're talking about the tiny white overflow on the hour piece, I can only assume this is a bug within Safari's rendering as this only happens in Safari (not Chrome), and only on random page loads. Re-spring till it goes away.

It shows up on the iphone itself. You can test it out by shifting the #weathericon to left 68 and it's perfect. Also if you run the html in Chrome/Firefox, it's not lined up. I just thought you would like to know. I'm not trying to correct you or anything. It annoyed the hell out of me so I tweaked it to make it go away :)

Where abouts can i make that edit you speak of, shifting the #weathericon to left 68 ?

You have to edit file AndroiHD.css

Open in wordpad or notepad and scroll down until you you see:

#weather #weatherIcon{

Position: absolute;

left: 68px;

Also if you want to enlarge the weathericon size to make it somewhat centered, edit below:

#weather #weatherIconImg{

width: 140px;

Excellent lockscreen/widget because I can use my own background. Great work!

May I suggest a change log on your website when you update the app so I know if I need to upgrade to the latest version?

Thanks!

"The Girlfriend" .... to not be confused with "The Mistress" ? ;)

With Andy's themes I believe you just use the regular wallpaper functionality in the settings.app. No need to use winterboard to get backgrounds for these.

Thanks for the comments and support - glad you all like it.
Special thanks to those helping answer questions; saves me a lot of time ;)

Andy I downloaded the version for cities that have two names but it doesn't let me have a different image on the lockscreen vs the home screen. Also even if I changed the background on the homescreen I have to respring to change the lockscreen image.

It worked fine with the original AndroiHD download.

Another thing it's doing is showing me the sun instead of the moon

Here's a fixed version. Use the same instructions but ensure that you put the correct widget files into the correct AndroiHD folder on your iPhone. They're labeled clearly.

You will always need to re-spring to change backgrounds - limitation of WinterBoard and HTML Wallpapers.
