If you use a computer, just save the image to the desktop and email it to yourself. Pretty easy and you don't have to wait on the other person to get back to you.

Well, the purpose of these images IS to be used as wallpaper, so I'm not sure why you would care how they looked when not being used as wallpaper?

But to answer your question, the images would have to be saved as exactly iPad resolution, 2048 x 1536. The problem with that is if you make it 2048 x 1536, when you stand the iPad upright (portrait orientation), the image won't fill the screen, and if you make the image 1536 x 2048, when you turn the iPad on its side (landscape orientation) the same would be true. That's why these images are made 2048 x 2048, so that they will work as wallpaper either way you turn the iPad.

Thanks for explaining. That makes sense. I like to have an album of high res pics to look through, instead of just having one wallpaper. Is there any way for me to edit these photos in iPhoto to make them 2048 x 1536?

I have iPhoto but I haven't used it much yet. You need to be able to crop to the exact resolution you want, ie 2048 x 1536 (or vice versa). Not sure if iPhoto gives you that ability.

Can you please explain this to me? I click on the pic on my iPad then it opens on a new tab saying 1,024x1,024. If I save the pic in that new tab it will save at 2,048x2,048? Thanks

Could you make one without any orbs in it? been trying to find a more subdued background to use for home screen. I saw this one and while the extra space on the bottom works nice for the bottom row of apps I don't like the seam in the middle. Actually just that one without the seam in middle would be good too.

Ill see if I can make one up in the next couple days.
