No I’m pretty sure everyone understands that. You seem to be the one with poor reading comprehension since people have already stated their experiences dealing with Apple and them suggesting they upgrade instead of replacing the battery and have refused to do so despite them offering to pay for a battery replacement. People shouldn’t have to meet some incredibly specific condition in order to have something fixed or replaced on their phone. So no, not simple.
