Same here - Ultra 3 and battery is two days with 25% to spare after 48 hours with around an hour run a day
What a brilliant creative approach to issue solving... 🤦♀️ who the heck is doing these decisions? A competitor who had infiltrated Apple to sabotage them? Eh.Just checked after iOS 26.1/watchOS 26.1 releases if it is now possible to delete Race Routes in the Fitness app. Well, Apple removed the edit button on Race Routes.![]()

Any of you noticed that?
9 out of 10 of mine are with start/finish at home as well, but with my daughter yesterday she biked next to me and only ran in the track mode and it changed her 5,07 km to 4,98 when she pressed end workout.No. Have not done a track workout with watchOS 26 yet. Also my track workouts in the past always have been with a warmup starting at home.
That’s a good question - when you run 20 x 400m as I did Tuesday with 20 second walk, I completely miss out on distance and where I started etc. and the watch is the only thing keeping count 🤣so which corresponds to the actual distance? maybe worth a test such as - 5 laps in the 1st lane...
that's why I suggest only a 2k, five laps are still somewhat manageable 😂 (last time I did a 10k on track I lost count pretty quickly, definitely earlier than halfway through the 25 laps... if it wasn't for the distance on the watch I'd be absolutely lost! 🫠)That’s a good question - when you run 20 x 400m as I did Tuesday with 20 second walk, I completely miss out on distance and where I started etc. and the watch is the only thing keeping count 🤣
Just checked and I have the same button layout - haven't really thought about it as a problem, as I always pause the run with buttons before ending it on-screen@xDKP ok this is super odd... I haven't been on our local track for ages, but this makes me curious, I might need to go and try. I'll also mark laps to see which portion possibly got wrong.
Anyway, on something completely different: has anyone figured out how to get rid of the Check In button from this screen? I've already disabled the check-in reminder in the workout app settings, and I've disabled it from the smart stack suggestions. But the button is still sitting there and it's supper annoying - I don't want to accidentally press it while running, and at the same time I want to easily reach the End and Pause buttons (which tend to scroll away during a run - pretty much to the same view as on the screenshot), without having to scroll up. Google hasn't found anything useful...

The possibility of accidentally initiating the check-in is irritating me too, also when marking segments. There really needs to be a way to get rid of this... 🫤Just checked and I have the same button layout - haven't really thought about it as a problem, as I always pause the run with buttons before ending it on-screen
You can just double tab on the display to mark segments? Was an option back in the day so should still be? Double tap is an option, but not always reliable with sweaty hands. No action button on non-Ultra.You can just double tab on the display to mark segments? Was an option back in the day so should still be? I use the action button, but the other one before that
