Who are Samsung going to take to court? Rockstar the makers of GTA? Joe Boggs the guy who films the online play and posts it to YouTube?

The game developers will say it's not an official game feature and the video poster will either be untraceable or say they witnessed it during online play. Samsung haven't got a chance of getting this to stick just like Apple never managed to sue the developer who turned the iPhone 6 into a bent boomerang weapon on GTA a couple of years ago lol.

Except you still haven't read parody laws. They can't use the brands likely because they don't want to. And even if they did, they can't because they're making money off of its portrayal, unlike the YouTube video.
