A few more observations:

I'm getting double the LTE speeds on my note 10 than I get on my xs max.

There are lots of 1440p videos on YouTube that I've been missing out on.
The call quality and data speeds are unmatched on Samsung devices. Very underrated in that respect considering the primary use of a mobile phone is to make calls.

I've noticed for several years now that my Samsung phones have always gotten speeds then my iPhone each year. I first noticed it back with the Note 4, speeds would be typically 30-40Mbps faster then the iphone and I seemed to have better reception.

Can't say I've noticed the same thing now between my S10+ and my XS Max. I have an AT&T Max and a Verizon. I've used the Verizon on AT&T and Xfinity and have been very happy with them.

I have a Note 10 + being delivered Friday. Next Wednesday I'll be back to work and I'll compare the speeds between the XS Max and the Note 10.

I get so excited each year when I order that years Note and I can't say when I felt like that with the iPhone, it's been a few years at least. I'm skipping the iPhone this year.i usually buy the Note and S series Samsungs and the iPhone but I'm just not feeling any excitement for this year's phone.

I love my S10+ and I can't wait to get my Note 10+ tomorrow.

What do you think of the blue leather case?
My impressions are all positive.

In short, the official Samsung blue leather case is very "Applesque".

The case reminds me very much of the official Apple blue leather case in feel and build quality (that I had previously for the iPhone 8 Plus).

I would recommend the case (I also used the Samsung Members 50% off promo on the case which sweetens the deal for me).

I think I'll order a white one.

I decided to leave my phone at FHD+ (after using 1440p on my Note 8). At first it was noticeable but since I've gotten used to it I do think it's saving some battery. Some days my work day (9-5) will only drop 25%.

On my Note 8 it would be more like 50-60%!

This was a major reason I went with the Note 10 instead of Note 10+. Didnt see much benefit in 1440p on my Note 9.

Awesome! For me I want the screen size, as I thought the Note 10e was too small to be honest.

Heads up for anyone with an at&t model. For about a week I've been having battery issues where Android System was eating up battery like crazy, it was always my top battery user, even more than my screen usage!

I wasnt the only one seeing this, a bunch of at&t users were going through the same thing. 2 days ago, someone finally figured out a fix, and I tested it, and it works!

Just go to settings>connections>mobile networks> and turn of AT&T Diagnostics. All this does is allow at&t to collect your data to "optimize" their network, and may also use that data for whatever they want, so even if your not having battery issues, it might still be a good idea to turn it off.

I got mine yesterday.
[doublepost=1567773187][/doublepost]The USB C headphones that came in the box got a firmware update this morning. I haven't used them yet to see if there are any noticable differences.

Think everyone gets this within the first day or so, I got one last week, some back in mid August when they got theirs. No difference.

Agreed. Mine picked up two updates for the USB-C Headset. I feel like one of them said that it "improved connection reliability", and the other said nothing. I've not noticed a sound difference at all.

Why does AT&T throwing that on there seem super shady to me?

Noticed this too

When using certain apps like checking bus times its a lot faster on Samsung than on my iPhone XS Max
[doublepost=1567783049][/doublepost]Is the 5g model worth getting if my carrier are offering it to me for the same price as the 4G model?

Do you use fingerprint unlock?

I thought the telecoms in Canada were bad, but this is just despicable. If a user in the community forum had to figure out a fix, then even more despicable that AT&T didn't offer any help, as it more than likely knew it was the issue, but didn't want to show their hand. Glad you got it fixed, and glad I didn't see anything like it in my settings.

If it's the same price then you may as well get it.

I got the 5G model. Probably more FOMO on my part though.

02 offered me both at the same price.

I bought the 4g model direct from samsung as the dual sim function is a necessity for myself.
