This guy was mad lol
It’s really quite astounding how clueless most sales people who work at Verizon, AT&T, and etc. are about phones; they don’t even know the basic facts. It’s unbelievable. How do you work at a phone store and be so ignorant about phones? I couldn’t ever imagine being that lazy at any job, no matter what the job was or how much I disliked it.

I use Gboard. I still like it best although the Samsung keyboard is much improved from several years ago. Gboard works better for me than anything else, including the iOS one.

If you don't care about the Spen is the S10+ better to get?

It can be depending on the bundle offers and trade-in deals however its not just the S-Pen there are other differences to consider

EG FPS, RAM, Storage, DOF, DEX, Battery, Screen, 7nm chip, Video Live focus, PC/Mac SMS/Calling, etc

The note feels considerably different

Spen and 45w charging are probably the two defining features. As much as I am on my S10+ and tank the battery throughout the day, the charging was an appealing feature.
45w charging is a reason to buy the Note, despite less than a 10 min difference over a full charge on 22w?

22w for the S10+? I believe it is 18w wired and 15w wireless.

Digital Trends pegged the S10+ as taking 1h 43 minutes to charge from 0% to 100% and the Note 10+ at 1h, 2m. Thats 41m, rather than 10m and that was just using the 25W charger that comes packaged in the box.

Those are all the times we checked in for all the phones, so now let’s look at exactly how long it took for each phone to reach 100% from zero.

  • OnePlus 7 Pro: 1 hour and 14 minutes
  • Galaxy S10 Plus: 1 hour and 43 minutes
  • Galaxy Note 10 Plus: 1 hour and 2 minutes
  • Pixel 3 XL: 1 hour and 49 minutes
  • iPhone XS Max: 3 hours and 28 minute
Android Beat tested the 45w charger and claims "The Galaxy Note+ can charge 80% in just 30m with the 45w charger", my current S10+ does not come even remotely close to this, falling more in line with Digital Trends result of 39%

Think I have cracked the Android Auto no sound issue - in Good Lock, turned off "Multi Sound" in the "multi star" app, and it seems to work now (though have only tried on one journey).

If so, please take note everyone that that will likely break Android Auto.

I tried to use smart switch last night to transfer all my stuff over for my iPhone. It kept getting stuck at 5% so I gave up. I’m going to have to set it up manually.

I had to take my iPhone to work today as my note is still a work in progress. Well by 10.30 I was already missing the note and the S pen and kicking myself for not just brining it along.

I’m on my lunch break now and thinking that I could be doing some colouring with my S pen.

As a first time Note user the s pen is amazing, damn I miss out all this years o_O
It really is. Not my first note but it’s just on another level. Using my iPhone now (note at home as not fully set up yet) with finger input feels cumbersome.

Having an S pen is just so practical. I was taking a patients physical observations today and had to use my phone to jot them down before I could go back and put them on the system. Typing all that in was so slow. Would have been much easier to use my S-pen to quickly jot that down.

Is it just me or have Samsung finally removed that stupid volume limiter when you connect to headphones or cars Bluetooth? I haven't seen it on my note 10 which is great!!!

That’s the word on the street which has me giddy.

For me it was actually a danger become I’d have to click the notification while driving sometimes.
