Time, because it rules EVERYTHING!
Call it a design flaw then, we are picking over small details here.

I would call it Apples arrogance in trying to give away as little as possible for the same amount of money. I couldn't get by on 16GB so I don't buy it.

Yeap, plus being in the UK we get taxed with higher prices and then Apple tax. We always want value for money, that's why I'm looking at that grey import Note 5.

Gotta be in it to win it
In fairness to him though he stands by his points and remains civil while others belittle and insult him. Whether you agree with him or not you have to admire his maturity in many of these discussions when confronted by the alternative clique.
It's 1st grade stuff. Name calling happens after the debate has been lost; typical internet stuff that doesn't bother me. It's what happens after there is no rebuttal with certain characters.

Back on topic: Really is no defense for Samsung they made a boo-boo. Whether users break their phones yet remains to be seen.

There's one video about a new model overheating. I have to find the thread on MR.

Thanks. Seems some people in the comments had overheating issues too for any random reason, not 4K specific. That's more of a faulty phone than a design flaw, especially since most(including myself) don't have this issue, and didn't even make mainstream blogs.
