2. click reserve now and you get that page... and clicking that doesn't reserve it until you choose options... and this doesn't look like a pre-order, just that similar reservation they did last week.

It's a typo on their promo "Design" page. In the full specs it lists Full HD+.

Sorry, I’m just getting caught up with all the info and have read through the latest posts on this thread...
The only S10+ preorder option appears to be 128 GB. I’ve tried all different colors/carriers and it won’t let me choose anything except 128GB. Is Samsung releasing the higher storages later?
That wouldn't surprise me. They probably manufactured as many of the most popular models as possible which will be the baseline model.
According to https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/galaxy-s10/buy/ it looks like coral is available on all of them.
Because I reserved for pre-orders I was supposed to get a push notification to pre-order but I haven't yet. I don't see any way to pre-order the configurations I am considering on the link @co.ag.2005 provided so I wonder if they really are ready to take preorders yet.
And wow there's a flamingo pink option listed there? I'm worried that will disappear once preorders can be taken for US AT&T models. We usually get left out of the more exotic colors. I didn't see prism green/teal. I would have liked that option. But I like flamingo. Or white. Or blue. Whatever .

Looks like this is US only.
Very disappointed, as I would have been half tempted with that coral S10 plus.
Even the ‘e’ doesn’t have that many choices in the UK. We have black, white, green and yellow.
That sucks.
Samsung's most impressive announcement after the Fold is the $200 Galaxy Watch Active. It's utterly gorgeous and price so attractively that Fitbit, Polar, Garmin and other smart watch manufacturers should be incredibly nervous.

Looking at trading in my S9+ and Gear Sport and getting the S10+ and Galaxy Active (With Galaxy Buds and Charging pack) for £710.

I wonder if I should get 128gb. I've got 64 GB now and an SDcard I could save a poop load of money going 128 and never miss 256 or whatever. I'm definitely getting the watch so I don't want to blow the entire budget on the phone alone.
Looking at the videos so far I think I'll enjoy the regular S10. It's going to be about the size of my S9+ and the battery will be okay. Nothing to dance over, but with fast charging I doubt I would care as my Pixel 3XL battery life sucks and I still get a day on it.
Edit: whoa, strike that last paragraph. Looking over stated dimensions the S10+ somehow will more closely match the dimensions of my S9+ yet have that huge as... generous display.
Alrighty then. My head just exploded...I'll just go over to the corner and wimper.
I don't know what to think about The Fold. I do think it kills the ipad mini for me but definitely not for the kids. I may wait for one that works with an S Pen. I believe that's coming eventually.

from what I've read, pre-orders open on the 21st. I'd imagine they have more selectable options then? if not, the maybe only 128GB to start? that's fine with me but can understand the desire to have more. I guess we'll see tomorrow.
I don't see a pre-order option, only "reserve" which I don't think really locks you into anything. I think it's just so they can send you an email when pre-orders open up.
EDIT: it lets me select 128 GB, 512, and 1TB for the S10+. 128 and 512 only available for S10 to select
EDIT2: 512GB and 1TB are only selectable on the ceramic finishes... which I think was a caveat to the S10 lineup. The higher storage options had the more premium build. I remember reading about this somewhere. I'll try to find the info.
Freaking finally! I do hope apps like BxActions still work though, as I liked having that button assigned to turning on the flashlight, toggling vibrate (sound off) mode, etc.
Really considering selling my Pixel 3 XL for this. Problem is that Pixel value has plummeted lately so I'm probably going to eat some cost.
Hi all, it's been a long time. Kept an eye out on the S10 since I am not 100% confident in Apple's ability to deliver a major feature filled iOS 13 update this upcoming WWDC.
I am looking to see how Samsung's One UI works on the S10. I like how the S10E has major specs and still doesn't compromise on the display. As a former iPhone X owner, the 1125p resolution wasn't a huge negative to me. My XS Max's 1242p display is awesome too. A 1080p HDR+ display is more than sufficient for my needs.
Given the specs, I can say the S10E is an amazing package w/ 6gb RAM, dual cameras, 855 processor, and the other features Samsung offers. I rather have the flat display w/ a physical FP sensor than an under the screen option w/ curved displays.
Getting the S10E would be depend on some major factors: iOS 13 being subpar, One UI being good enough performance wise and update wise, Samsung prices tank pretty quickly, reviews, and how much I can sell my XS Max.
My phone works really well, it's just feels boring. But I don't want to give up a known good quantity that works really well for an unknown with more problems and want to go back to iOS. It would be quite stupid on my part to rush into a S10E given my concerns.

For some reason I'm locked out of selecting anything but 128 GB option. 512 is supposed to be an option but is not selectable, at least not for flamingo pink or the blue.
128 GB is probably the size I'd get anyway but I want to make sure my Samsung shopping app and the site are both working as they should before I try to order. I also haven't received the push email I'm supposed to have gotten for my reservation.
I think I'll get the pink since teal green apparently is not an option for the US. I am only mildly disappointed about that. But I'll take another look at white and blue.
