Overall the phones look great. The Ultra is similar to the S20 in that it'll succeed or fail based on its camera. But with the lower price maybe the expectations wont be so high. Who knows.
I am weak as well, just pre-ordered the regular S21 unlocked in black. I couldn't resist the $150 off coupon by signing up for pre-order notification as well as $65 education discount. I bought the phone, leather case, 45w charger, AND Galaxy Buds Pro for a grand total of $906 including tax. That's a hell of a discount overall that I could not pass up.
I won't concede defeat until you provide source. Even if you did don’t forget that s21U is selling without chargers and our bet was on the high end variants. Bye got to sleep its 4:20 in Australia

I wonder if some locations force you to get the Buds Pro? In the US through Samsung, its just a flat credit that you can use on any accessory.
So the S21 is more like an S21 FE. I’m guessing there will be no S21 FE this year as the slot for $799 price point is already filled.
Interesting to see what kind of freebies Samsung is going to offer in my country. Although I like my A71, I’m getting a bit miffed on how Samsung treat it like a step child. My dad’s cheap Galaxy A10s already on December 2020 security patch, while my premium A71 is still on October. With Android 11 planned for May 2021 for the A71, I feel like it’s not a premium at all. Might as well get the actual flagship.

That's still an awesome deal. In the US we got $200 for a preorder, $50 for reserving, and $10 if you preorder through the Shop Samsung app.
Wow WTF. Samsung Indonesia is only opening pre orders for the plus and ultra. The regular S21 is not available for pre order. And the promo is only free buds and smart tag. No discounts,nothing.

If the Ultra were available in that color I’d get it. Unfortunately I had to get Phantom Black. When I tried to select Brown, the value for my trade in went down to $375 from $700!!!
Oh well, it’s been ages since I had a black phone and this is a really nice black, so I am not complaining. It’s going to live in a case anyway.I got unlocked, 256 GB. Had I gotten the AT&T version I could have gotten an additional $50 off. But I prefer unlocked. My S20 is unlocked and that’s worked out fine for me.
I wasn’t really thinking I’d do this, but I really liked what I saw and I am enthusiastic to get the s-Pen back just for the rare occasions I think it would be convenient. I am hoping and praying the new fps works for me. The one on my S20 is badly hit or miss. Mostly miss.
I got the new ear beans pro and the flip cover case combo with the $200 accessories credit. When they removed the charger I thought that would also be the end of promotional credits so I was really glad to see that offered. Now I need to figure out what I’ll stick my free tag on. Probably whatever backpack or purse I’m using.
I didn’t sign up to be alerted for preorders because I wasn’t planning on being part of the preorder crew, but $700 for pinky was too hard to pass up.
Lol and it gets my family off the hook for Valentines Day and Mother’s Day!
Oh bummer I didn’t use the Shop Samsung app for an additional $10 off. Oh well that app often glitches like hell for me when I try to do preorders on it.

I suffer with pwm. I have a really hard time on my iPhone 12 mini. I’m good on my 12 Pro Max. I honestly forgot to worry on this purchase because it’s been ages since I’ve had any problems with a Samsung phone display. I hope the variable refresh rate doesn’t bother you or me. I haven’t had any problems with my S20.
This is tempting but I think I will wait for the new Note
Lucky! I wanted the 12 Pro Max so much but it killed my eyes like every OLED iphone. This is the reason I'm looking to Samsung now, and I know they make the displays for Apple but I'm wanting a flagship now and the new iPhones don't work for me sadly.
