FYI: used unlocked S22 and S22+ are going for under $600 on Amazon. They’re practically in mint condition even though they say “Used: Good.” Both of mine came in mint condition, though.

to buy you can find good deals but if you were to sell the resale is rather awful in comparison to the iPhone

I just realized you said S22, and not the plus model. I got the S22+ unlocked for under $600 - it was $584.00 + tax. With tax, I still saved over $200 more than your deal for the plus model. The plus starting price would start at $999 instead of $799 for the S22, with your deal.

Nevertheless, I am going to return it for the S22+ Ultra. It’s going for around $800 with taxes.

Yep the bottom line is there is little between 2nd hand value of Iphone 13's or Samsung S22's when you factor in real ownership costs like cases and screen protectors etc etc and if you trade in usually you do a lot better with Samsung

However as you have found for the sake of $1-200 you can have a brand new phone with full 1 year OEM warranty etc plus 4 months YouTube and 100gb OneDrive or more

Thank you! It's just a secondary phone for me. My main will always be my 13PM but I also enjoy Android. I tried the Pixel 6 line and it just wasn't up to par for me. In terms of quality, Samsung seem to be the only Android brand that could match the quality of Apple.

The S22 Ultra is a great device. I still use my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but I do love my S22 Ultra for what It can do.

S22 ultra is the most action packed device you can buy and if you want the most out of your phone then the ultra is a great choice.

Impressed + Impressed + Impressed. The optical zooming 10 & 30 is just fantastic and picture quality is beyond. Excellent camera features and functions makes this phone the best. Very bright beautiful & smooth screen is just a pleasure to use. The Note almost buried last year now its killing it.

I did have an s22 ultra, but I returned it due to awful battery life (could have just been my unit) and the fact that the apps just weren’t as polished.

other than that it was a phenomenal device and I can’t wait for s23 to see what it brings.

There are some things native to android that makes some people own both and occasionally take a break from iOS

For me, I like having the best of both worlds. In my opinion, that's the iPhone 13PM and Galaxy S22 Ultra. I purchased both of them full price, but it was worth it. It's nice to experience both platforms. I can't give you any specific examples, because I just enjoyed both platforms and what they offer.

It's been a week or so with my S22U and the battery life seems to be settling in so far.
