I can get a discount through my perks at work and the £200 cash back, plus the buds pro 2 (altho they are a couple of weeks out for delivery).
Massive dilemma now, do I once again buy and admit I was a fool for selling in the first place, or do I hold out and see if better offers come along, OR just wait it out until the S24 Ultra next years. Ahhhhhh the agony of choice!!!

Yeah, really the only issue I have with duplicate apps is the Photos app. IMO, that's the only duplication that actually affects the user experience in a negative way because I feel like I need to use both for different things and sometimes it becomes cumbersome to keep up with both.

It is nice having the 2x Zoom back. Otherwise a bit too early to tell on the other camera improvements.
is the 2X zoom great quality when taking pictures in normal mode (not portrait in other words). Samsung typically improve their cameras with software updates over time.

I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Is assume it's on par but probably just a step down from the 1x and 3x.
Setting up my sparkling new lavender S23 Ultra is taking longer than I had anticipated however I have to admit Samsung do a swell job of data transfer from iPhone.
Ohh you got the lavender, is it actually purple or is it pink looking? I really can’t tell from YouTube videos. In one video it looks purple, in others it looks pink. Does look nice from what I’ve seen tho, im just not sure as a guy I’d like it in person 🤣

The colour changes from lilac to light pink to almost off white depending on the ambient lighting. I think I like it though. It will be in an all covering black case anyway. Hehe.
£808 for the 512GB was worth the colour compromise.

Although I do like purple better. Too bad Samsung didn't make a true purple color as it probably would have been more popular.

Nothing against pink. I just prefer everything matte black in my tech collection. Price was too enticing though for lavender.

After reading this thread I just checked and saw that the June update was available now on my Unlocked S23U on AT&T.
I just installed it. Going to do a full factory reset tonight and set it up fresh. I always like to get a fresh wipe after a major update.
