Just an update only my situation, Samsung canceled my order
, The free Buds Pro 2 were part of the deal and I noticed that they got taken off my order. I phoned Samsung to be told that they had run out of stock at the moment. That's all fine I can understand that, so I asked if I would get them at a later date, the person I spoke with told me no since they have to put them through at the time of ordering since they are part of the deal. After some talking they said simply they couldn't do anything and would just cancel my order if I weren't happy.
I think that is poor customer service, my order has been cancelled and they are losing a sale. Samsung need to up their game when it comes to customer service.
