Sorry that your phone rattles when you type on it....you should get it replaced.
Did you happen to check out the Reddit thread I posted above? Just a quick look at it and you would see that it's not the phone that's the issue, it appears to be the S-PEN itself causing the issue, since if you take out the pen, the phone doesn't make the rattling.

Some people got free S-Pen replacements from Samsung that fixed the issue, but others got a replacement Pen and still had the issue. Seems like maybe a QA issue with the S-Pen.

I don't know what makes your phone rattle when you type on it. My S25U only rattles when i shake it really hard. Then it seems to come from the camera module. It doesn't matter if the pen is in the slot or not, it doesn't seem to rattle from that spot.
It would still seem a replacement from either Samsung or wherever you got your phone would be in order for you.
The phone should not rattle when typing a message.....
I hope you can get it sorted out.
Some on that Reddit thread received replacement devices. While others got some $$$ refunded.

I generally stay away from reddit...it is a cesspool of misinformation and people who just make stuff up.

Yeah, there's a lot BS on reddit. However, their Dog posts are awesome (especially, their Chihuahuas)!

I wonder since the new s pen has bluetooth removed and it has a gap in it where those modules used to be if that could be the reason?

My older s24u doesn't make any noise when typing on the touch screen with the s pen?

It is a very odd thing to report. Samsung hardware is usually pretty solid and well made. That being said defects can be present in any phone by any manufacturer.

That is a very interersting thought, and I would bet there is some truth to that.

Being that the S-PEN has some components removed now, the size of the Pen is most likely different, but they might not of altered the size of the compartment it slides into. So it might not be as snug of a fit as it used to be.

Since I only use a phone I would have it easy I think. I hate many many things about iPhones at this point, and know that Android is much more freeing. Can’t even think of an app anymore that I would not know how to replace.

The only thing I struggle with is losing “Sign in with Apple” feature and all the mail aliases I have many with accounts..
Like damn how do I even transfer that to an Android phone
Screenshot the information.
then disable that function to restore your original login information if it had one - OR goto the said site/service and change your logon information and especially the email address away from Apple Relay!

Its Apple RELAY that you're talking about.

I had similar issue Aug '23 when I switched and I had to do all the above. Reddit was the only site that gave me hassles since I never had an original SMTP and logon credentials but I resolved it as the site has human staff you can interact with on escalations unlike any of Google's services.

Just got back from a week at Gulf Shores. This camera absolutely hits!

Great pics. Definitely my favorite camera of the devices I have. I got some good ones in Hawaii I need to get posted but the file sizes are over the attachment size limit allowed by the site.
Just shrink them down , macrumors allows that , or only on iOS ?

Close to 2 months with this phone and it's about as perfect as you can get for my needs. The only complaints I have is that I wish battery life was better, but I'm willing to hold out on the new battery tech coming to the S26 Ultra. And I wish Live Activities was better on the Now Bar, but I also know it's new to Samsung so I'm willing to be patient and it's definitely not a deal breaker.

Otherwise, I am completely satisfied and comfortable and haven't gotten any itches after I got past the 3 week mark.
