Where are you located and how did you add everything to your cart?
US.

I had to add all the components of the bundle individually after adding the Fold 3 to the cart. When choosing accessories you just need to add the items that are in the Fold Ecosystem bundle. When you go to checkout it will convert those items into the bundle offer but you'll keep your better trade in value.

Its a hard decision isn't it. I've also been watching videos and I'm getting tempted. I want to see some samples from the main camera.
It really is, it wouldn’t take me more than an afternoon to de-Apple services my stuff… I’m not that bothered with the cameras, as long as it takes a half decent picture of my dogs I’m happy. 😂

So long as the dog isn’t moving, you’re fine. ;)

I’ve still got my pixel 2XL. I’ve given my S21 ultra to my husband as his note 8 was in an absolute state (smashed, chiped, flickering) and he was refusing to get it fixed even though he has insurance. The pixel 2XL has a decent camera. For still photos it’s almost comparable to the 12 pro max.

Was tempted to pick up a cheap pixel but think might wait for pixel pro. Camera quality should be fantastic.

if cameras aren’t the number 1 thing I think many will be happy with fold 3

I just ordered mine from Best Buy through AT&T. They have the $400 off $1899, so that made it $1499 for the 512GB variant. And then the $1000 off AT&T for a trade in of a S9. So I bought a S9 off Swappa for $120. Makes it only $12ish a month and I will keep my iPhone 12 Pro max to verify I like the new Fold 3 and can live with it. If not, I can sell either device and pay it off. Still get the $200 credit for Samsung Accessories to use once I get the phone.

I was slowly getting into the eco system of Apple and have a new M1 Mac Mini, but I may give that to my Mom as she still has a 2009 Mini, and get a PC again. Laptop that can do it all.

Oh yeah for sure. My comment was about Samsung cameras, not Pixel though. Pixel 2 will still probably beat out any Samsung camera outside of zoom IMO.

I am still bewildered at the amount of Apple fans on MacRumors that claim they don't see a point in a foldable like the Z Fold. How the heck could you not want a tablet that folds down to fit into your pocket!?

You are asking people why they wouldn’t want a smaller android tablet (smaller than the iPad mini even), currently priced higher than even the most expensive iphone (I think I can get an iPhone, iPad mini and AirPods for that), and which suffers from a dearth of quality tablet apps and support?

There are likely people who value the larger display enough but for me, the fold just looks like it makes the wrong tradeoffs in all the wrong places.

That’s a great point. The Fold does suffer from a lack of tablet apps... But I don’t really look at the Fold as a tablet device, I look at it as a bigger phone. And when looking at it that way… the lack of tablet apps doesn’t bother me. It’s a plus when I open up an app and it supports the larger display.

But supposedly, Samsung is partnering with Microsoft, Google and other companies to provide optimization for the Fold 3. And the amount of features that Samsung provides for Galaxy devices, all I can is… it’s a fun device to have.

Microsoft's partnership with Samsung is a blessing. While it's not the full desktop suite, MS Office does the task on the Note 20/Tab S7+. Excel does lack a few extra goodies but PP and Word is top notch.

The only thing missing on Android is a true video editing software like LumaFusion. Then it could really be the ultimate portable.

I’d love to have an Apple “phablet” (The real phablet: phone and tablet at the same time!)

It's because it's not Apple. They said the same thing when Samsung was making huge screens on the Notes. "WE DONT NEED A BIG SCREEN!" and then they all went nuts with the iphone 6 Plus LMAO

Just watch, the day Apple releases a Fold those same people will be the first in line to order it.

They won’t see the point until apple release a foldable device and then it will be the best thing since sliced bread.
