I have a Monday delivery date too. I wonder how realistic it would be for the phone to be delivered Saturday.

Saturday delivery costs extra with UPS, so I think it's very unlikely when the delivery window we were quoted is still a week away (assuming Saturday delivery is even physically possible).
Is it strange that my wife's phone has shipped, has a tracking number, but our CC hasn't been charged? The invoice shows the CC being charged the tax.
My phone is preparing for shipping and was charged the tax already to my CC (used a different CC for my phone vs her phone).

Pretty sure that 6+ pre-order was the worst one I’ve been apart of. Store took a while to respond and when it was finally available, the plus option was middle of October VERY quickly - even then I still received it before the end of September.
My CC hours say they are open Saturday from 10 AM - 1 PM

My CC center only does pickups after regular business hours (5:30-7pm) so I've opted to just let it deliver.
This is the exact same thing I see on my husbands. His dates were originally 9/28-10/5 and now its 9/24.
had mine charged and status changed to preparing to ship. Original quoted date was Oct 1-8. Definitely seems like I'll have it within a week.
Anyone have their CC not charged and their phone shipped with a tracking number? Maybe I shouldn't worry... they may have made the label and it's still waiting to charge the CC.
Same here: Mine's marked as shipped, have the tracking info and no charge to my CC...
Has anyone in this window, marked shipped”, actually got past the label created, but UPS doesn’t really have the phone yet? I have an estimated 24, but no tracking past label created.
Did you try to track by reference number using your phone number? I get different results doing that vs. using the tracking number.
My original delivery date was Oct 1-8. Tracking says it will be here on Sept 24. I don't honestly care that it's coming sooner lol
My delivery date is Oct 1-8 and this morning changed to Preparing to Ship status. Unfortunately due to data breach at newegg that was announced yesterday (and a sudden fraudulent charge appearing on my card on the same day) I cancelled my card to get it replaced. I talked to both my card company and Apple and card company says my Apple Store charge looks fine and is not flagged as anything suspicious, just the one I said was fraudulent. Told Apple just in case and Apple has their fraud department look into my case and will give me a call later today or tomorrow to verify my banking information? But the order looks perfectly fine and normal on their side. I hope I didn't mess my order up. 
Customer Center - UPS Customer Center. Where you can have packages delivered and pick them up there if you live next to one. They help you ship packages too and what not.
Ordered: 9/14 @ around 9AM.

don't want to get anyone's hopes up too high, but while UPS Saturday delivery with a Monday scheduled date is improbable, it's absolutely possible.
when Nike launches a "hot" shoe, many times it's on a Thursday. I've had multiple times this year now when I place an order on Thursday, the shoes ship out Thursday night with a UPS scheduled delivery for the following Monday, and all of a sudden the package ends up at my doorstep Saturday around noon.
take that with a grain of salt obviously, but I'll be hoping this is the case here haha. like I said, this has happened to me with Nike/UPS at least 5 times this year. if not, 24th vs 28th is already a great improvement and I'll take it.
