Other Sept 28 - Oct 5 Delivery Dates

Got a shipping email for my daughter’s phone for delivery on Monday

Nothing for mine yet ☹️

Weird thing is I got an email last night about an issue with my order due to a balance on my Verizon account, but nothing about my daughter’s which is on the same account.

Hoping nothing got delayed on mine.
 
Just changed to Shipped! No delivery date but status updated just now

XS Max 256 SG ATT ... order confirmation at 3:13am
 
Mine finally says shipped with a estimated September 28 delivery delivery date.

But UPS just states a shipping label was printed and nothing’s been shipped yet.

Really hoping for a nice surprise at my door this Saturday.

That would be a great surprise, but I have found the delivery dates UPS posts are quite accurate.
 
Mine also is "Ready for UPS" (on both Apple and UPS sites), with a tracking #, but no date or other info provided by UPS yet. AT&T 256GB Space Max, placed on the 14th @ 9:28AM US Eastern. :)

I think the 28th they are referring to is still coming from Apple. You're right in that UPS has accurate dates and I've had a few times where a package came earlier too.

I have a UPS label now as well, but nothing has been officially shipped yet and UPS hasn't given me a delivery date.

Just got an email about my wife’s phone saying delivery 9/28. Mine still preparing for shipping. Strangely enough her cc hasn’t been charged anything yet. Lol.

Time to give my information.

Ordered and email came at Fri, Sep 14, 2:48 AM CDT. SG 256gb iPhone ES MAX. Got the dreaded SEpt 28 - Oct 5th email.

Switched over to Preparing to Ship and charged credit card yesterday.

Today Thursday Sept 20th at 6:59 AM email from apple saying shipping with delivery on Friday the 28th. UPS has no date but it's in their system as UPS Worldwide Express Saver® shipment. Here is hoping for a faster delivery!

During the night, mine changed to shipped. Still has the same time window. But the email from Apple says Delivers Sep 28, 1018 by Standard Shipping.

The UPS site has no delivery date yet.

Looks like most of us will find out later today. Tomorrow would be great, but I doubt it.

However, back with the i5 came out. They sent me a tracking number, shipping from China. The tracking number reported Exception. So I called Apple. That was on Thursday, the day before the debut date. The next morning UPS delivered TWO boxes to me.......with two separate iPhone 5. I tried to return one. The kept refusing the shipment and UPS kept bring it back to me - twice. I took it to the Apple store and they said they could not accept it. I kept explaining that I only ordered and paid for ONE. The guys at the Apple store finally said, just keep it, sell it or give it to someone.

Ordered at 3:04am EST on the 14th. Received a delivery date of Sept 28 - Oct 5th. Pending charge on credit card yesterday and order moved to preparing to ship. Received an e-mail this morning with tracking info. Apple says Sept 28th arrival, but MY UPS says it will be delivered on Monday the 24th. Tesla Model 3 comes on the 29th, so glad I will have the new phone prior!

Update: will be getting it next Friday

Another update: just checked UPS it has Monday as the day I will get it

If UPS does not yet have a date for your shipment, try tracking it by reference number and use your phone number. For some reason, I get a lot more information doing it that way than by entering the tracking number.

Just got my email over night as well. Apple claims 28th. No ETA from UPS.

But based on my prior iPhone orders, it should arrive in West U.S in around 3-4 days. My guess is by next Monday or Tuesday on my hand. Woohoo.

I wouldn't assume that. UPS may not deliver over the weekend (unless someone pays for Saturday delivery), but I'd expect these shipments will be moving over the weekend. I don't think it's as simple as treating Monday as the day after Friday.
