Update I do a little test with AlDente, I down the battery to 93% and set AlDente to 95% but the battery reach the 95% and goes to 100%, so AlDente do nothing, mmm maybe I need down more to 50% or 70%?

Do you click enter after you type 95% on the AlDente?

And also please go a bit lower, like 70% for example, and try to stop it at 75% maybe.

More and more, if it does not work again, it is probably because of your MacBook model (2013). So in this case, you have to use Charge Limiter to limit your charging level.

Ok thanks, I'll try/test and report later.

note: I have fear again because when down to 93% and I plug again for some minutes says again "Battery Is Not Charging", I think "damn! again same problem" but I after some minutes go back to charge.

There will be no problem, do not afraid. I am sure the new battery works now, and it is normal to see "not charging" warning immediate after you plug in the charger. After some time like 15 seconds, it starts charging.

And after you set the Charge Limiter, when the battery reaches the limit like 70%, it will stop and show "Battery is not charging" which is the normal situation. Do not get shocked or nervous when you see that warning, this will be normal ☺️
