Thank you. The use of color has helped me tremendously. I think copying comic art and beginning to understand light and shadow is part of it. I'm still perfecting my set up. I've got the 12.9 Pro and Pencil but I'm still doing research on screen protectors with tooth. If any of you have some insight gained through experience, I'd love to read it! I think I'm leaning towards the PaperLike. My biggest concerns are having enough tooth/drag for it to be worth the cost/trouble and retaining as much screen clarity as possible.
I use mediadevil matte protectors. https://www.amazon.co.uk/2-Pack-Protector-MediaDevil-Magicscreen-Anti-Glare/dp/B00G9ZVRCA they’re not as grainy as Paperlike, but they’re toothy enough for it to feel less slippery and more paper-ish while not negatively impacting the screen quality much.
I started this series last Halloween, called Dark Autumn. Done in Procreate.
