Just ordered the iPad + Pencil today for pick up! Can't wait to join this thread with some cool art! Great work everyone!
I was away for a while and figured this thred still up. So decided to post something. I’m glad to see popular faces still here, still posting their art works here

I just got in 13 of the new iPad (6th generation) for my faculty. Our assistant principal is a very talented artist, and I can't wait to see what he does with his iPad.

What canvas treatment is that? Is that a brush or a specific setting in an app?
I use Procreate, and as you probably know it let me inport picture(PNG or JPEG) in its layer.
I have a good resolution sized picture of the canvas, and import it on a layer as a background.
I have another background layer separatedly(layer 1), and adjust opacity of the layer of the canvas(layer 2) which is over that background layer(layer1).
Occasionally I have another canvas layer on top of all layers to make canvas impression more stronger, but opacity will be really low on that layer when I do it.

App is Procreate.
I use the Narinder Pencil in the sketching brushes set at a very small point size (toward the bottom of the slider).I also find the smaller the canvas in pixel size, the more pencil-like the drawings are.
I responded to your private message with screenshots and some answers to your questions, I do not know how to record my screen from the iPP (Procreate does allow you to export time lapse videos of your drawing as you work though).

Maybe you could contact Affinity? They responded to me super fast on Twitter, so perhaps there's a setting that will cut down on the lag?
