Finally got my 42mm SS BSB. The whole experience in the forum was amazing. Proud to be a part of Team SSBSB. See you guys next year when Andrea Ahrendts comes up with an even better way to order.

Is this 42 on 150mm wrist?
Are you happy with this choice?

----------

Ordered the SS 38mm Classic on 4/23, preparing to ship on 4/24 and picked it up today. My SS 38 BSB, ordered on 4/10? Still processing, go figure. Anyway, on the fence about maybe going 42 for screen size, but I think this feels and looks right.

What is your wrist size?

----------

Whazs your wrist size ? #

Check out my unboxing, setup, impressions and comparisons for the Apple Watch Stainless Steel 42mm with Black Classic Leather Buckle. I compare the watch to two Swiss Tissot watches and my Samsung Galaxy Gear S to see the build quality and size. Hope you all enjoy and please subscribe to my channel if you want to see more sweet tech videos!

I actually have that same Tissot! :D

But I stopped wearing it a long time ago because it's too heavy. I couldn't view the video with sound so I don't know if you've mentioned that, but how heavy is the SS compared to the Tissot?

It's here! Cancelled a much-delayed SG sport for this SS beaut that I ordered this Sunday. As a dude with girlish 150mm wrists, let me just say that I'm grateful to Apple for doing 38s across the line, in addition to the 42s.

Hold on, you ordered online on Sunday and you've had it delivered already??

Hi Kristine, I love the aluminum. My most beloved watch ever was a Aluminum Swatch, back in the 90's. I suppose the choice was easy for me. :)
It's a 38mm... first, I went to the Apple store, but they only had a 42 to try on. It felt huge. Then I made myself two paper models (yeah, I'm that nerdy) and tried them both on. I kinda liked the idea of having a small watch (I knew I wouldn't wear it if it's too big), and once it arrived, I was so glad I didn't get the larger one. I'm hoping they will come out with different colour bands (hoping for a brown one), or a pale pink - that would look so classy.

Thanks for the reply.

I went to the Apple store to pick up a Macbook this afternoon and while I was there I tried on a 42mm watch and it just didn't look right on my wrist, so sticking with the 38mm. Thanks again!

Slightly unrelated, I also had an aluminium Swatch watch when I was a teenager!

finally, it just arrived. its not the one i wanted to keep but i am actually digging the white. not sure i will return it to wait on my space grey now

Don't you get an extra strap that's longer in the box?

Doesnt look like tiny wrists.
I would say arround 165-175mm?
This is 38mm?
You know that in the box is a large band too?

lol i did not ... i nearly threw it away :eek::eek: i thought thats just the usual instruction paper crap

yes its 38 mm. do u think i should have gotten the bigger one? my casio is about the same size. a bit smaller even. i am quite skinny so i dont think the bigger one would look good on me and rather "out of place".

I think you could wear both. If i were you, i would get the 42mm
What is your wrist size?
Mine is 150mm and I am still leaning forward to 42mm.

They all look so nice, and here I am, stuck in the Netherlands, waiting "patiently" before I can place my order....:(

Don't you know anybody who lives in Germany, France, UK or any other country where you can order the Apple Watch? Because you could ask that person to take the order from you (you can make yourself the biller, whether you live in NL or not, then send it to that person).

I did the same; by chance I know somebody in Germany who wanted to take the opportunity to receive my Apple Watch. She'll send it back to me once she has it. And even better, that will be somewhere next week. :)

Otherwise, you'll have to wait until late June I'm afraid...

Nobody I trust well enough for that, so I'm stuck waiting and looking at your pictures. Made my mind up what I want though, so that's one thing sorted :D
