Developers are going to run with this pretty well. Probably market mice for the iPad specifically. They’ll be all over Amazon soon enough.

I’d personally love to see Brydge redesign there new iPad Pro keyboard with a touch pad in place.

It looks like one should already be there! That thing looks like a MacBook Air or something.

100% Agreed I was gonna buy one. But they have to redesign it now, there’s no excuse. Especially if Apple Keeps the 11” Form factor for 2019.

I love my Logitech Marathon M705. Hope I can test that out for curiosity sake.

Also have a Logitech M720 that’ll do the job too.

I currently have a Logitech M720 that can be used wireless (via USB receiver) or Bluetooth. It comes with a USB receiver which goes into the USB port or placed inside the slot of the mouse when not used. So far I like the Logitech mouse and wireless keyboard.

Redesign a case to accommodate an accessibility feature? When did they provide excuses?

It’s cool that they included this ability finally, but it looks ugly. Aw well, we’ll taketh whatever the stingy Apple giveth

My most important question would be: Does the mouse wheel work for scrolling properly in Safari and other apps?

I’d be surprised if the wheel didn’t work properly.

But I’m not getting my hopes up for extra mouse buttons - I have at least 5 extra buttons on my mice that I have specific functions assigned to, but I don’t expect IOS to support customisation of them.

Logitech Ultrathin Touch Mouse, small thin and bluetooth enabled.

And it allows for 2 connections to 2 different bluetooth devices, so you can go from iPad to mac & back by flipping a switch. Fantastic mouse I use one now with my MacBook & work computer.

Yeah, forgot about that feature, also am using the slim folio keyboard case with my 12.9.
Gotta luv these Logitech products!

There’s something good to be said about many of their products, especially mice and keyboards in my opinion. I am however not impressed with the durability of their iPad keyboard cases but I might be an extreme case as I use the things pretty much daily and for long periods of time. Had problems with the type+, the Create and the first slim combo thingy for the 12.9 but really hope that the 3rd gen iPad Pro products from Logi are back on track.

Ehh, from what I'm seeing in this video, the mouse support looks pretty mediocre. I'll give a mouse a try but i'm not expecting much from it.

For those with the Logitech MX Master - is it too large for on-the-go use? I want mouse that has buttons (rather than a Magic Mouse).

The MX Master isn’t that large, but if you need something portable go with the MX Anywhere 2S. The Anywhere has the same amount of useable buttons on iPadOS and it is extremely portable.

It is indeed large

If only they hadn’t made clicking the scroll wheel NOT the middle click on that model. -__-

I’ll likely just keep using my Citrix X1 mouse since I already use it with my iPad and Jump Desktop. Plus it’s small and always in my bag along with the iPad.

I’m so looking forward to this expanded mouse support in iOS 13.

I have the X1 and it works fine with iPadOS. The primary reason I prefer the Anywhere is the ability to select smooth scrolling which the X1 does not. That comes in handy to scroll quickly through docs / webpages.
