By now some of you have played around with your new ipad. Are you disappointed? What would you have wanted differently? Are you planning on selling it now due to your disappointment?

i'm def not disappointed. you can tell it's begging for multitasking though. the potential of the iPad has yet to be unleashed. the screen is beautiful and is asking for doing more than one thingnat once. I wrote this on my iPad.

there are absolutely things I want I just believe they are coming, whether by jailbreak or officially.

I'm still waiting for mine to finish charging. Otherwise after playing with the one at the store, I'm quite excited. I did just blow like $150 in apps as well, so there is no way I'm returning it. :p

This thing is exactly what I wanted. Damn impressive.

You won't get a negative out of me.

After reading the reviews that said it really was "magical" I decided I would go ahead and get it. I've been playing with it for an hour or so now and I'm actually really happy. It was much better than I was exepcting.

I'm disappointed I'm not going to get anything done today.
I'm disappointed some apps don't have a landscape mode.

I originally didn't want an ipad and I got one today.

I have to say I was WAY more excited after using it then before I got it.

Also my finance who is not really tech savvy thought it was a big iPhone before I got it.

As soon as I turned it on she loved it too which I knew would happen.

Yea it's definitely lacking multitasking! Everytime I want to do something while on the net I have to close it so not use to that but I think the next os has multitasking in it. The keyboard is way better than expected, I think I can type on this thing faster Than my desktop lol. The couple games I've played were great. Not having flash absolutely sucks though... Overall it is a pretty amazing little device for 500 bucks, pretty happy with it.

only disappointed in the time in which it is taking me to sync my stuff. To be honest, i checked the down-sample option for my music and I think that is what is taking so long.

I'm disappointed because Steve Wozniak got his 3G today and someone as important as me didn't.

This thing is awesome and I can type really fast on it as well.

I am so happy I stopped by the local Apple store and found out there were some available for people who did not pre order. I ended up getting the 32gig version.

I'm not disappointed at all! Exactly what I have wanted for a while now! Can't wait for the future of this device

Mine came out of the box at 100%

Your should have, too!

Ditto. Steve was right... watching the keynote and reading the reviews/previews is nothing like getting one yourself.

This device is impressive.

okay for those who have seen the keynote and are skepticle and who have an Iphone... give us litterally one reason why we would want one of these 500$ units? oh and we have a laptop and a desktop...

You probably don't want one with all that other gear, which is cool. It fits the needs of some, but not everyone.

+1 for skepticle though... I envision steampunkish eyewear for the wary inspector, trying to solve the case of the Werewolf and the Porcupine.

I'm disappointed at the lack of RAM. After seeing Joshua Topolsky's indepth review, the part where he is using safari tabs. And clicking on each one of them causes the page to be reloaded again. Not only that but the checkerboard pattern is back. I thought we got rid of that with the 3GS...
