No, there is no censorship on a paid network. That's the point.
Technically Comedy Central is a "paid" network as well. No one gets it OTA (over the air) for free & its included in middle-tiered cable packages.

And BTW, HBO is censored as well. Its not like they can just show whatever they want. Its just more laxed than others.

So really, what makes one channel different than the other when we're talking about Mohammad? Basically it just comes down to one channel (CC) is watched by more people than the other & that's it.
