Does the new version of sparrow (1.3.1) work with sparrow+? I remember my sparrow kept downgrading to 1.2 whenever I downloaded sparrow+ so I never upgraded from 1.2.

Speaking of sparrow+ I can't find it on cydia anymore? It's not on the developers repo

I have not gotten any push notifications from Sparrow since upgrading to 1.3.1. And with Sparrow being acquired by Google, I wouldn't be surprised if the Sparrow+ developer decided that it wasn't worth it to continue working on it.

Yeah that's what I figured I guess I'll just stick with "push" with 1.2. It's not bad this way so I'll stick with it for awhile

Can someone please help. I've use the source provided here and it works but now my Tweetbot app is gone. It's still in my phone according to iFile but just disappeared from the screen.

Do you need to install both tweaks? Sparrow+ and Sparrow Push?

Cydia won't let me update Sparrow+. When I click to update I get the following error:

Anyone else running into this issue? I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Sparrow+, I tried downloading Sparrow Push first, uninstalling/reinstalling all of the above, and still no luck.

Random question: Shoebox was is that system font you are using and how can I get it?

I'm trying to add a photo to my email from my camera roll but it takes me to mail app. also can't make the push work. even it's working does that come on the notification centre or just a banner alert?

Has anyone updated Sparrow+ to 1.3.2 and gotten push to work with the latest version of Sparrow? I'm reluctant to upgrade cause I know the other versions of Sparrow+ did not work with Sparrow to enable push.

Edit: I tried it out myself and it works!

I am running Sparrow (v1.3.2) and just installed Sparrow+ 1.3.2, and the push options do not appear in the Sparrow.app/settings/account screen. Did you have to do anything else special? thx.

eventhough i did enable push on sparrow settings it still dont do the job properly.

I had a hard time to make it works, anyone kindly to share ?

i've given up on sparrow+ for push
it worked great with sparrow 1.3.1 but was incompatible with 1.3.2

i accidentally upgraded to the bigboss version in cydia which never worked for me and went to the author's repository source (repoman) but he has taken it down

I currently have Sparrow v1.3.2 on my iPhone 4. I was never able to get the Sparrow Push tweak to work at all.

I was trying to get siri0us to work on an old 3GS so I added the iF0rce repo to cydia (http://apt.if0rce.com) and i noticed a Sparow tweak called Sparrow Sharp and added it to my iPhone 4. It works great, pushed emails, can be added to the Notification center, made it the default mail client.

and it did help. it seems to work with both sparrow 1.3.1 & 1.3.2 on my iphone 3gs!
