iPhone Sparrow+

Mine was working fine. I got emails pushed to me all day and this morning. No issues.
I'm getting notifications all day with no problem either. Only wish the sound was louder when the banner comes on. Anyone know of a way I could make it louder?

What VERSION of Sparrow+ are you using?
Mine looks nothing like the images you posted.
Is the latest version still on the developer's repo?
Also does the Sparrow application need to be running in the background (ie in application switcher) for Sparrow+ to properly work?
You know i'm not 100% sure on that. I always have it in the switcher and i always run it at once after a reboot/respring. Its just the way i've always done it though. Mail, Safari, BiteSMS and Tweetbot are always in my switcher.
All That looks right. It should show up in your notifications center and lockscreen when you get a new mail. Mine does.
No way to make the sound louder. I asked Sparrow that and they said there is no way right now to make the new mail sound louder. They didnt say if it would be in a future release or not. I know they have one update in review and another in testing already. (neither has push native yet but they said they are still working on it)
I'm using the latest on the dev's repo. Sparrow+ 1.0.1-4. He said he's working on an update but its not out yet. Not sure when though.
That shouldn't be the case for Sparrow+ to push emails because I just noticed that Sparrow Mail will immediately "push" new/incoming mail (without Sparrow+ installed) IF it's application is running in the background.
However a side-effect of that is that heavy drainage of your battery (if Sparrow Mail app is constantly running).
i updated to Sparrow 1.2 this morning and so far everything is working as it should. Oh and the Dev of Sparrow Push has said he will be updating his tweak soon. That tweak will have Push (of course) and NC support. AFAIK Sparrow Push will not have the default mail app option but that could change. Just FYI really.

Updated to 1.2 today and of course disabled the Sparrow+ hack as expected.
The kicker is, now I am seeing banner notifications for messages. I pretty sure I had never gotten a banner notification before with either Sparrow or the Sparrow+ hack.
Have I lost it or anyone else seeing them today?

I updated to Sparrow 1.2 then re-installed Sparrow+ and my push and banners worked as expected. I had someone send me a test email and i got it about 2 mins after he said he emailed.
As long as Sparrow had the banners turned on in NC then you should have been receiving banners with Sparrow+. Not sure what happened with you but it seems yours is acting normal now.
What is the difference between Sparrow+ and Sparrow Push? Is "Push" just older software that isn't updated as much?
"Sparrow Push" just pushes the mail to your Sparrow Mail inbox while "Sparrow+" (latest version on dev's beta repo) makes Sparrow Mail your DEFAULT mail account + also pushes mail to your inbox. Basically 2-in-1.
Notification center?
How were some of you able to set up sparrow in the notification center? I have sparrow ver 1.2, sparrow + ver 1.0.1-2 and sparrow push ver 1.0.3-1 installed yet when i go into settings -> notifications sparrow is not listed.

I have Sparrow+ from the beta repo and I'm not getting my email pushed; is there a setting for that?
I believe Sparrow Mail needs to be running in the background (application switcher) in order for push to work properly.
If I'm wrong, someone please chime in and correct me.
I reboot my phone at least once every couple of days. If I remember, I'd launch Sparrow once after a restart. It pushes fine. Never had to do anything extra or monitor whether it is running. I get push mails right in the middle of gaming on the iPhone too.
So the Sparrow Mail service NEEDS to be running in the application switcher in order for emails to be pushed? Was I correct?
Emails are "pushed" within 4-10 minutes usually.....NOT immediately like stock mail app.
