My problem is that I wouldn't have bought it if the stand were there, and Spigen are, quite frankly, being ****s about it.
They want me to pay to send it back. I asked them to either send the postage or a returns label (UK law means I have no liability for the cost of returning it), they refused.
They did in one email say they'd pay for return postage when they get it back, but given their attitude so far, I simply don't believe them (why wouldn't they just pay for it up front/provide a returns label?).
It's in a paypal dispute now (it's the first time I've ever had to open a dispute so I don't know how easy it is). If that doesn't work I'll just contact my credit card company.
I'm appalled that a company like spigen is making me do this. There's obviously not enough profit in mobile phone cases to be able to afford good customer service! It's only £4, but it's the principle.
Looking at their recent trust pilot feedback, I see I'm not the only one experiencing this
