Spiegen makes good on the stand

Just to add to the positive interaction with Spigen UK:
Was given the option of £5 discount, or exchange. Decided to replace with the revised version (text under the base). Thought the stand wasn't that expensive to begin with, and in the long run I'd regret not having swapped it...
They have refunded the postage to return the original stand, and just received the revised version, much happier now!!
Overall, very good customer support!!

I was going to ask for a refund or an exchange for one with the text on the underside of the base but decided to just go with the £5 refund. Funnily enough when I asked for the refund they accidentally refunded the whole amount and then sent me an email requesting I pay them the £10 difference by PayPal.

I guess I could have just ignored their request but decided to do the honest thing and did as they requested. I don't plan on using this stand long term and will probably find something more to my liking at some point anyway. In the mean time I'll just use this one.
