This doesn't look much like an alarm clock. But it sounds pretty cool.

'How about a little game of hide-and-seek every morning? Every time you hit the snooze button, the clock rolls off to hide. And when the alarm sounds again, you would have no choice but to get up and seek out the clock to off it for good.

I can imagine throwing it at a wall within a week, though.

I was given Clocky. After you press snooze once, he will wait a defined amount of time before rolling randomly away for 30 seconds. Unfortunately on his first test he rolled straight into the fireplace and covered himself in ash.

so you put it on the floor and then after a given amount of time it rolls away so you have to get out of bed to turn it off? Is it loud and i mean like deafening loud?

You can put it anywhere. It can survive a 3ft drop. After one snooze (which can be set from 0-10 minutes) it will roll in a random direction for 30 seconds while making a noise like R2D2 on crack cocaine.

I used to put my clock on my bed if I woke up before it went off, so I could press the button quickly. I learned my mistake when I got run over by my own alarm clock.

The big blue alarm clock I poated before doesn't ahve a dimmer switch and as such is way too bright for my room at night.

I now have this which was bought from Tesco for a few quid. Love it as it is really small, cheap enough not to worry about it as I have it in my bed with me.
