Ah yes his response is what I expected, by the way I've been following you on twitter for a while but did NOT realize that you're a member here too as well![]()
It's not longwinded. It's one paragraph. Thanks for posting this, though it is basically stuff we already knew. Still good to see it straight from the source.
I may have gotten lucky yesterday. I was about the 20th person in line out of ~150 and I used a $630 Apple gift card to buy a 32GB 3G. I was very worried about this as I mentioned in another thread, but it worked out just fine.
Bull. Jobs never says sorry.
Bull. Jobs never says sorry.
If I didn't receive the email directly, I would probably of said the same thing. Most of Steve's emails are of the "Yes" or "No" variety and just a few words at best.
I doubt an assistant wrote the email because he repeatedly apologizes in it. An assistant wouldn't do that. Also do assistants work on Saturday mornings? I doubt it.
My feeling is he actually felt bad about my complaint and decided to write a longer email response.
Do not understand the reasoning behind not allowing gift cards if the 2 iPad limit per person is in place.
Gotta agree that this is not written by Jobs. "Again, sorry." No way Steve writes that.
I don't think he's implying that. Its just more than likely that one of Steve's assistants sent you the reply. So you are calling me a liar?
