Steve Jobs Emails Me on iPad 3G Demand, iPad Intl. Ship Date, and Gift Card Policy

Now here is an interesting question. Has Steve Jobs ever apologized about an Apple policy or product in the past? Anyone remember?

Yes - I can send you a screen shot showing both payment methods. I ordered a 3G and paid $500 in gift cards and the remainder via Amex.
