Purple. But I’m moving from iPhone 13 Pro Max down to the Pro size. Only had 128GB on the 13. Going to upgrade to 256GB for the 14. Want to try out the 4k pro res video this time around. I think it’ll be easier to reach the new fantasy island at the top, also. LOL
iDie @ “Fantasy Island.” 🤣

I’m doing exactly what you’re doing, though. Except I have a 256GB now so won’t be changing storage size.

If I upgrade through carrier to get 24 months of credits, but decide to upgrade my phone next cycle, in 12 months. How does that work with the credits? Do you just lose them? or do you have to keep the phone on your bill but just have it inactive? or does T-Mobile offer some better solution?

you have to payoff the device yourself...but the remaining device credits become bill credits over the remainder of the time.

Just did a chat with T-Mobile on Twitter and they told me that my current account already qualifies for the $1k trade in on a 12 Pro so I don’t have to switch to a max plan.

I am debating about selling mine as well and listing to for 800ish. I’m thinking I may get more if I do it now but I need a burner for a week lol
I'm not going to sell mine until I have the new one in my hand. Mine is in mint condition and has less than 100 charge cycles on it. I'm not talking anything less than $800 for it.

You’re on an older plan and they told you you qualify for the $1k? Dont just trust them blindly.

Oh I’m as skeptical as anyone but they seem pretty confident. Before I send mine back I’ll be sure it’s adding up right. 🤷‍♂️

I did a chat with T-Mobile via twitter. They said I would get $400 to trade in my iPhone X or I could move the One-Plus for $15/month and could get $800 for the trade in. Trying to figure out the best place to order the 14 Pro.
T-Mobile, Best Buy, Apple?

Same boat here. I'm eagerly waiting for Best Buy to post their deals since last year was really good. We'll see, either Apple or Best Buy tomorrow morning.

I guess it pays to add the plus feature for $15 to get an extra $400 credit, but that would break even in a couple years and not sure I need the extra stuff.

I'm currently on the Simple Choice 6gb with unlimited data and none of the other plans are appealing cost wise.

I'm currently still on the Sprint Unl Plan w/60GB Hotspot. I have a 13 Pro Max 128 leased through Sprint with a $700 payoff. Does anyone have any info as to what my best option is to get the 14 Pro Max 128? I usually just send the phone back and get the new phone with the same exact payment. But, this year I cannot find much info about it. Would it be better to buy it from Sprint for 700 and trade it in to apple to get the 700 credit + 1000 carrier credit (if my plan even qualifies for that, i cant find any info anywhere lol). I think doing it through apple would update my plan? I can never get a straight answer from tmobile. Or would my best option be sending this in and keeping the same payment? I'm stuck this year :(

Yes I'm wondering same thing I would assume same as last year I was confirmed today on twitter that 128 GB 14 PM is $0 down! On EIP But the rest not sure yet
They wouldn’t confirm anything for me today in regards to down payments

I havent ordered through tmobile since since 2018. Seems like ages ago. Im getting nervous because Id like it on release day but also I dont want to pay a crazy down payment. Ugh.

you upgrade and place the order via twitter?
Yup! I did it last year for the 13 Pro. To be honest, I have been in stores that were being no help, messaged twitter while being in there and they actually called the store and got stuff done. They're great! Disclaimer: there is a processing fee - I think $30 or so when you pre-order with them but it's worth it.

To be honest, the only time I remember having to pay a crazy down payment with T-Mobile was when I was starting out with them. I remember I had to have 12 consecutive months paying and the down payment would be removed from my account. Now, going into 13 years now, I only pay taxes, and their processing fee to put in the Pre-Order.

Been with tmobile for almost 20 years, I know Im eligible for the lowest down payments, but I always get a higher storage phone which usually comes out to $1300+, which usually require some kind of down payment besides tax. Im really hoping the trade in credit off sets any down payment and I can just pay taxes and whatever fees.

Going for the 14 Pro 512GB btw.

How is everyone ultimately doing their pre order, online, app, phone customer service or twitter?

ahhhhh.. Gotcha.

I'm doing Twitter and through my online app. It's going to be my first time doing it online, but it should be an easy upgrade process. I will message Twitter at the same time just incase the website goes down.
