Carrier T-Mobile 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

UPS delivered these a full 3 hours earlier than their regularly scheduled time slot. Been playing with mine for the last hour now (posting from XS) and it’s a great upgrade from the 7 Plus. Never liked the size of that one. But definitely not worth upgrading from X.

So does UPS really not do Saturday deliveries for ground shipments? Mine is 2 hours away but says Monday delivery. I’ve seen others with Saturday delivery estimates so they must do Sat delivery at least in select cities?

No. Saturday delivery cost extra.
 
Just curious if anyone out here initially had 2nd thoughts on the Plus or now the Max initially, but eventually got used to it? Love the larger screen, not crazy with limited one handed use or the weight.. Came from the X..

Oh that gives me the tiniest sliver of hope . Although my date says Tuesday and we are coming on 24 hours of no update on tracking

I explained that there was no communication about shipping at the time of order, but reps assured me I’d have the phone today. It was an issue of honesty and trust. They first offered me $25 then doubled it.
 
Finally got my phone! It's gorgeous so far, but I'm not sure if I would call this gold. Maybe rose gold copper lol This color is completely different from what I was expecting but I love it!

I'm one of many who got ground shipping on JOD.. phone's still scheduled for Tuesday delivery (NYC) but haven't seen updates since last night at 10:08pm ET when it left Louisville. :(

Next year I'll make sure to ask for waived overnight shipping fees.

I know there’s better threads for this but what's people’s opinion of apple watch screen protectors? I've always worn my series 1 & 3 without one. Both have gotten small micro scratches only visible in bright light. I hate how hard they are to apply and how crappy they end up looking with peeling. I have a new series 4 now... not sure if I should give them another try.

It's probably moving right now. At least you're getting it a day before me. I'm with you, next year I’m going to ask for overnight shipping, then check the docs they e-mail to make sure it's indeed overnight. This year was such a letdown. I’m so excited for the max but am stuck waiting.

Great guy. Last time I emailed him he had his assistant send me a bunch of T-Mobile gear

Do you have T-Mobile’s protection 360 or whatever it's called? I just learned today if you have it and buy a screen protector in store, they'll give you free unlimited replacements as long as you have the phone. I already got a 3 pack of protectors from amazon, but now I’m considering having T-Mobile do mine. That way I’ll get a perfect install (I’m never happy when I do it myself) and free replacements.

Same and mine as well is going to NYC and is scheduled for Tues delivery. It's just messed up
