I don’t remember how it worked with att before but the phones ship with a new sim so are you supposed to use the one in the phone or use the sim from the old phone????

just got a text message saying i’m getting the phone tomorrow instead of the 25th *facepalm*

because there won’t be anyone at home to receive it and i can’t afford to take the day off. the 25th worked better for me since i was partially off already
can you have UPS keep it at the hub? T-Mobile usually leaves packages at the door without a signature. Sprint requires it though. But that’s just in my past experience so I could be wrong too

my friend received his friday and they required a signature. but i think i can switch the delivery to my wife’s work and i’ll just pick it up
and hub doesn’t work for me since i leave work at 5pm and my kid has therapy sessions at 5:30 i won’t make it before closing time

Ah, cool. Well, I'm having it delivered to my work so unfortunately I can't see info in UPS. Good luck! Hopefully we both get the phones this week, that would be cool. Based on the logistical issues on launch day though, I'm curious how this will play out.
When I picked mine up in store he didn’t even open the sim tray. He scanned the bar code on the box and it was ready to go.

What does the box that shipped the iPhone XS Max look like? UPS has been playing games with me, so I want to know what to expect whenever I finally do receive this package.

Did you get an e-mail update from T-Mobile saying it was shipped? Or are you just seeing the tracking # on the USP side.
Boston folks with ground shipping, have you seen any updates on your tracking? I don’t have anything since the origin scan on 9/21. Expected delivery is the 25th.

Just the tracking number on the UPS side. Based from what I read here, T-mobile's site is a bit lackluster on updates.
Just got an arrival scan in NJ. I believe there were a few from NY who left Louisville around when I did. You’ll probably see updates soon.
