Anyone else have a shipment that left Louisville Thursday night and is headed to CA with no scans since then?

Yep. Have four phones on four tracking numbers coming via ground. Two departed Louisville on 9/20 at 8:31pm and have had no updates. Two other ones were receiving updates until 2:46pm on 9/21 when they left Lenexa KS.

Logic would dictate that they are traveling together, but then, logically it would have probably been cheaper to send four phones in one package via two day air than four separate ground packages.

Edit: scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 9/26 as well.
 
Are there additional charges if you refuse a shipment? After hearing about all the antenna issues, I'm probably just going to refuse the shipment and wait until it gets sorted out.
 
Scheduled for Wednesday the 26th but yeah a day or two early would be a blessing

I’m on the same boat. Same date and no updates since Thursday.

Yep my watch left from Louisville on Friday with ground, scheduled for tomorrow. It got to Uniondale on Saturday and out for delivery today.

I did complain and only got the 2nd pay shipping credit, couldn’t beat them up for more.

I got charged on Friday afternoon, and I've yet to receive any tracking info. How long before you guys saw any tracking, or changes to your order status? And what specifically you typed into UPS to track by reference?
 
Well, today should (hopefully) be the day, I can chuck this Samsung S6 Edge+ (and its endless screen edge touching issues) out to the pasture.

However, UPS My Choice app...... Wow. Smh. My wife is on the brink of murdering me (might need to update that life policy). Yesterday it says delivery is the 25th, then it updates to the 26th (I proceed to throw the Samsung back on the floor), it updates later in the day back the 25th, I pick the Samsung back up. THEN it updates yet again, now to the 24th (I start cleaning off the Samsung and telling it, its me not its trash OS). THEN early this morning, I see a notification that puts it back to the 25th.

I'm done at this point.

During each of these sporadic updates, I'm telling my wife to change her schedule a number of times. By the third change.... I got angry Spanish and a lot of arm movement, tell tale signs of impending danger. I backed off and headed for the hills.

Anyways, while up on the hill with my laptop and Samsung, I decided the UPS My Choice app and UPS website were collaborating together so I'd never actually make it to see my XS Max.

So, I called.

And got hung up on 3 times.

And was told my tracking number was invalid.

I was spelling out the tracking information to Alexa's half sister, like I was practicing for the next spelling bee championship.

Finally, I'm told its scheduled for delivery on Wednesday...... I'm in disbelief. The phones are literally in my city. The disrespect is rising.

Anyways... I yell representative and prepare my angry, eloquent voice.

I'm told everything is scheduled for delivery today. I ask again. I'm told today. The third time I ask, I'm told again its delivery is set for end of today. This time with hint more sarcasm and exasperation. My current situation (on a hill with a laptop and old Samsung) I can understand this tone. I take it and ask no further questions, lest the lady on the phone isn't feeling me anymore and they reschedule it just because.

With that being said, some time today I should be updating with a glorious picture.

If not, I'll need a few dozen flowers and a lot of Rochere (how do you spell that gold candy?) chocolates.

Just curious, what's this antenna issue you're referring to? Also I'm about to refuse a shipment as well, there's no additional charges for it.

T Mobile is assuring me it will be delivered today. But all the tracking number shows is "Order Processed: Ready for UPS ".... :/
 
I'm thinking that mine got routed to the pony express, and the reason I, and others on the west coast with ground shipping, haven't seen any updates is that our phones are currently on a horse driven carriage, trotting thought the "flyover states", battling dysentery, fording rivers, and hunting bison for food. Eventually, they will make their passage westward, and save for a short stop in Arizona to deliver a package to yours truly, will complete their journey along the Oregon Trail.

Lol. This I'd have to see. I'd take a tracking number status over a T-Mobile reps "recommendation" any day.

That rep probably means it'll "ship" today. Some of them seem to think shipped & delivered mean the same thing.

UPS also says today is the delivery date. But I still don't have much hope.

Aaah, I see. This what happened to me last week. I believe this initial estimated delivery date is based on the label when it was first created. But until UPS actually picks the package, I don't see how that will happen.
