Just an update, mine is set to be delivered tomorrow. Hope you get yours soon!
Looking at the UPS App for 5-6 days with no update, knowing the phone is just sitting in a truck is an Extreme Sport. I can't do this anymore.
Mine too! Just got a tracking number from T-Mobile's site. It's in Louisville at the UPS hub, so I'm pretty confident the tracking number estimated delivery of tomorrow is accurate. Cheers!

The pre-launch day orders sound like a complete disaster. Sucks that T-Mobile did this to people.
While sitting here waiting for my XS Max that should have been here Friday, I dropped my X and shattered the back.

It's coming! I just got the UPS MyChoice notification that my package it's on is way to me and arriving tomorrow!!!!! The wait is almost over! I just need my damn screen protectors and cases that I ordered from Amazon.
mine has been stuck in NJ since yesterday. hour from my house i should drive there and get it lol. last time i order anything through t-mobile.
Just a heads up, for anyone that didn’t get their iPhones Friday that was preordered and was given ground shipping. I contacted t force via Facebook messenger and was able to get $50 credit to my account with simply asking for a credit for the mess up. The agent gladly said OK and the the credit was sent that minute.

You can call UPS and if it’s in lawnside NOT on a truck, they will allow a pickup. I did that this morning.
I would call Parsippany and see if they allow pickups. I know the south jersey hub of Lawnside allows

Got mine today via ground. Been sitting in my city all weekend lol. Got the Xs Max. Very impressed so far!
I went in store today to process a new JOD, since my original JOD pre-order is arriving tomorrow but I won't be home for the next week. The in store expert gave a call to retail support to get confirmation, they upped the credit line since I technically would have 3 phones on EIP/JOD but only 1 phone line, and went to process the new JOD but the option was grayed out in their system. Sadly, they were not able to help me, despite the messaging agent sending me to the store. They said I would have wait for the pre-order to arrive back to the t-mobile warehouse and then they could do an in store upgrade.
tl;dr: If you are waiting for a JOD pre-order to arrive, don't waste your time going in store to try and get it earlier.
For those of you that successfully did this, what did the rep do for you? Double check your paperwork and make sure it was processed as a JOD and not a regular upgrade/EIP.

Mine hasn't had an update in over 3 days. Scheduled for delivery on Weds 09/26. Shipped UPS ground of course. Now we know for next year. Trust nobody! ha
That's what I thought.
Now it's updated to a delivery date for tomorrow. What I definitely know is that now that iPhones seem to be more readily available after launch, I'll probably never do shipping again.
