I got both of mine at launch with ease. My IMEI Number is on T-Mobile Site already and I see both tracking numbers on UPS My Choice. One for my Phone and the other for the Watch!

I checked my past posts and you are absolutely correct, that was a horrendous pre-order. Mine was about 4 business days late.

I got my 7plus 4 days late (backorder), but at that time I also ordered a regular 7 and that came in time. Also ordered an X last year for my mother in law and that came in time as well.

My ups shows 2nd day air finally so hopefully it arrives by Monday if not release day.

I followed your path there and you are correct. My IMEI is listed there and it's showing the following:

TRANSACTION IN PROGRESS
Apple iPhone XS Max - Silver - 64GB

Lease Status: Active-Shipped

New to T-Mobile here so I apologize for al my stupid questions so far. What happens if you don’t send in your old phone? Do you just continue to get charged your monthly till it’s paid off?
 
Ordered my silver 64GB XS and silver aluminum Series 4 Watch at 1:30am on Friday and T-Mobile printed the shipping label last night. No delivery date yet, but I see it on MyUPS.

there are no stupid questions so don’t worry :) and welcome!

i would assume they will not give you the promo and charge you the full monthly amount
 
Can anyone convince me to stick with my iPhone XS order instead of my constantly considering going to the iPhone XS Max!!
